Yum! Got our free smoothies for National Flip Flop day here. They were delicious and staff was very friendly and efficient even while busy!
I'd never been in here before their flip-flop day free smoothie where I also got a Lean Machine smoothie- it was a little silly to offer a "lean" smoothie with fat burners and added sugar, but leaving out the sugar was no problem and both my smoothies, the free one and the Lean Machine, were excellent. The food I saw coming out looked great too, I plan to come back and give it a try.

I use them occasionally through Door Dash and never had a bad smoothie or experience with pick up from here.
I love this location, the workers are normally very nice and the food and smoothies are normally great. Seems like the mask policy is optional for some workers though.
Edit: 3 months later, same worker still no mask. Training other workers to not wear a mask too.
I’ve had my issues with this location. Usually minor, but sometimes more than a little inconvenient.
But the reason I’m leaving a good rating is due to how the owner (I’m assuming it was the owner) has handled my most recent issue. He went above and beyond, and I am quite impressed with how much care he took to provide good customer service. I look forward to ordering from them again in the future. Though, until they sort out their issues with their delivery service, I’ll be sticking to picking it up myself.
The smoothies are unlike anything I've ever had. Completely amazing and definitely worth it. The food tastes like heaven and I definitely recommend it.
The smoothie/wrap combo @ Tropical Smoothie is great! The thai chicken wraps are my absolute favorite. I love that I can use the app to order & it's ready to be picked up within 10-15 minutes. So easy for me to use on a night that it's only me eating.
Smoothie and service was amazing. The girl who took my order answered all my questions. :)
The only reason giving a 4 star is because it seems like there’s a new guy there and a couple of the workers were being kinda hard on him :( I felt bad. Treat your workers nice and train them with patience! Luckily the girl who took my order helped him out :)
One of the best quick eats around. Great spot to come and grab lunch, either take out or dine in. Very airy and upbeat environment. Not quiet, so don't come here if you are looking to have a meeting or study. Great food and service. The points program is OK, but very convenient and easy. Supports the locals by providing jobs for college and high school students. They are usually pretty busy but always fast paced and I have never had a screwed up order. Would recommend this to anyone! Also, the smoothie options are endless! Pricing is average, two can dine here for a lunch meal and smoothie for around twenty dollars.
I typically stop at tropical smoothie 1-2 times a week for a good refreshing smoothie after the gym and sometimes I get food it's good
as well. The staff is great some of them know what I usually order,that's cool! So for a healthy beverage or bite to eat to take out or eat in I would recommend this place to anyone, enjoy and thanks.
This was my first time here and it’s a nice little place with a good looking menu. I had the mango magic smoothie and it was perfect! Definitely a place to check out and I’ll be back.
