I am a big fan of this Italian deli. It's a great neighborhood spot that makes this neighborhood great.
They are always friendly no matter how busy they are. Also be warned. They do get very busy at lunch.
Five days a week they have hot dishes.
You can be added to they email list for their weekday menu. Always changes, but they always have the scrumptious Italian specialities.
Trust me. Give their fried chicken cutlets a try. You won't be disappointed.
Last thing. Don't leave without their fresh mozzarella.
This is a special place, the food is incredible. The hot bar or sandwiches you can’t go wrong, and you can tell there’s a lot of years of Italian cooking done here, it’s an institution. Top 3 sandwich shop on Long Island. A must try.
First time here, it was a pleasure from entering to leaving, bought two my way heroes(self created)omg... it was worth it, I only ate half, could not eat dinner after that... wonderful staff and price is worth it... thank you

Is this Tommy Arditos from Flushing NY? If so , I used to love the pizza from the window. Their Italian Ices were the best back in the day.
Ardito's serves classic Italian cuisine packed with flavor at fair prices. The quality ingredients are obvious in every bite and the portion sizes are generous. The meatballs are tender, the eggplant is sliced perfectly thin, and the chicken cutlet hero with roast peppers & mozzarella (vinaigrette on the side) is a must-try!
Great hot lunch selection. Also terrific deli sandwich selection that they can make on the spot. Not cheap, but the quality to price makes sense .

The best on Long Island. Don't come. I don't want to wait in line. I'm not kidding. A $10 hero feeds 4. A $10 lunch that player easily feed three or four for dinner. Best food west of Mediterranean, now leave me alone!
