Excellent cocktails, food, and bar service. Title says it all. Sat at the bar for dinner and received excellent service, expertly mixed drinks, and spot on recommendations for great food.
I was very excited to try the new Six15 Room once it opened and after trying it, I am just as excited to return. Executive Chef Kris Koch has a real knack for creating dishes that are not only creative and delicious, they are made from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Everything that is offered on the menu is appealing to both locals and those who are in town and would like to try a true taste of Minnesota.
Decent hotel bar and food
Of my weekend trip to downtown Minneapolis, this became my favorite bar/lounge to stop by! I love the modern swanky design here. With multiple different lounging rooms and full bar area as well, there is a comfortable space for everyone. Our bartender, Mary, provided amazing service going above and beyond to help get the TV in this private yet specious side lounge room to play a channel of our choice and gave great recommendations on drinks and food. It was almost like having a personal living room to hang out in. We moved from one area to another throughout the evening, enjoying the vibe of each and Mary become more of a friend then a bartender. Sharing stories and laughing all evening in this beautifully decorated lounge. I plan to keep returning here regularly and will be telling all of my friends they have to check this place out! Plus happy hour is daily.. Weekends too!!
My boyfriend & I had an “end to the night” stop at the six15 room for my birthday yesterday 12/11/21. Melissa was our bartender & she gave us the most amazing night! Even though we were only there for an hour, she was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ I’m going to make sure I go out of my way to see her again, she’s a fantastic asset to your business 🥰
McKenzie was working the front desk is the most chill guy we’ve met. He did his job well! I hope he’s working when he can find the time to stay at the hotel!

It's serves it's purpose well. That purpose is for giving hotel guests a place for a couple of drinks and food if they don't want to go hunting for food in Minneapolis after 5pm as a large portion (if not all) of quick eat places shutdown. The bar tenders are as friendly as they need to be, that is a good thing since they seem to know when you aren't a chatty customer. Definitely recommend if your looking for a quick drink after work and your staying in the hotel
Super cute dinner spot.. was surprised it was completely empty. Service was amazing and food was actually really good and tons of flavor!

Stopped in for a night cap while staying at the Grand hotel. Fun ambiance and great craft drink selection. I tried a pineapple flavored drink (can't recall the name) that was super delicious!
Solid craft beer selection. Ambiance is average but the space is surprisingly popular and crowded, even early in the week. Decent happy hour. Pleasant service.
The bar staff was knowledgeable when it came to cocktails and made my friends and I some fun ones. Kind of a hidden spot but amazing quality and amazing time 😁
