Friendliest kindest staff, it was the end of day & I was running w hungry child looking for food. The staff gave me a skinny cheese + cookie for free. They let us in despite the fact that they had closed their cashier box, they made us a sandwich, the offered more cookies ...but we picked one. Thank you so much ! Located on the second level of the mall!

When I got here it was packed and usually that’s a good sign. I got a pizza sandwich and it was amazing. All of their flavours fit together perfectly. Their signature sandwich is “A Wreck” filled with salami, roast beef, turkey and ham. Don’t see how this is 4.1 stars. This is easily 5 stars.
In the skyway system and is easy to get to for lunch. They keep the line moving quick, so you don't have to spend too much time waiting for your food.
Great spot for a hot sandwich. I like any of their chicken sandwiches with hot pepper.
This location doesn't get the credit they deserve. Today I placed an order online and picked it up but noticed later that I was given the wrong sandwich. Upon returning to the store, I seen that the line was long and all the way out the door. Even with how busy the staff were, they quickly exchanged my sandwich and even gave me a free one. Kindness goes a long way!!! This is an awesome location with awesome staff!!!
Nice place, organized and efficient. Good food, and a decent price for downtown. Obviously busy over lunch hour but they handle the rush very well.
Veggie melt sandwich is realy good with comfortable amount of cheese and mushrooms in it. The vinegar and salt chips that you can buy as extra are also good. Only disappointment is that coke zero is not available.
2nd visit here and this time I had to write a good review cuz both times my experience has been wonderful. Service is not only fast but very polite and professional.
I especially want to give a HUGE upvote for having all employees wearing a mask. I don't want to eat somewhere during a pandemic especially if everyone is crowded together and maskless but everything here feels safety and health oriented. We will definitely continue to come here!
Amazing sandwiches, worth the wait and pushing through the downtown lunch crowd. Great selection of beverages, including Nantucket Nectars. If you have a sweet tooth, they have delicious shakes and cookies that are to die for. Good customer service too. Everyone seems pretty cool 😎

It was introduced to me by my dear friend. I love the chicken salad sandwich. You have 6", 9", and 12" options available. Crowded between 12:00 and 1:30.
Awesome taste and great service. In IDC center and Very close to City center it is at an apt location for downtown employees. Please, do visit at least once.
I am new to Minneapolis and I love love love the Potbelly in the IDS building.I eat there often and the sandwiches ingredients are always fresh and the bread always soft. Now the salads I have tried almost all of them, the salad greens are crisp and toppings fresh and plentiful. The smoothies,you will find your flavor combo and love it.Do not leave without one,you will thank me later(I will take a smoothie please).New item Avo Toast, it is a nice light summer sandwich to sit and relax and have a glass of wine. I got to go Avo Toast is calling my name!!!!!!!
