Coffee and/or beer/wine? Sign me up! Awesome open space to sit, talk, eat or work remotely. A big bonus is a closed meeting room if you need to meet with folks. Lots of food choices, and they roast coffee on site, so the place always smells good!
Parking might be tough, but it's worth it to find a spot, and visit.

The people that work here are amazing. Always greet you with a smile! The coffee and food there is delicious as it is when you think Dunn Bros. The bar in there is so fun, great happy hour and small but good wine and beer selection.
Was very surprised by just how good the iced vanilla cold press was. The marble look of it was incredible, and it tasted amazing! Being from out of town, I would definitely recommend a stop to Dunn Bros!
Hands down the best Dunn I've ever been too and in a neighborhood chock full of coffee shop this one is at the top! Great relaxed atmosphere where they are open late and serve alcohol to get the creative juices flowing. Food is nice and fresh and great to snack on while you're working. Service is friendly and cheerful. Highly recommended!
Awesome location! Secret small parking lot in back as well as street parking. Coffee and snacks are great. This store is well maintained and always clean. The upstairs has some nice seating to meet someone for coffee or just to study or read. A few tables outside if your looking to suck up some sun in the summer. The staff is always smiling and ready to conversate!
The location is convenient and easy to commute to. There is minimal street parking, but since it is close to neighborhoods, it is an easy walk if decided so. As for the atmosphere, it checks off my needs as someone who uses coffee shops to operate: a lot of small tables, large windows, the staff are very friendly and helpful, outlets-a-plenty.
This is my go-to coffee shop in Uptown. It’s great for socializing or coming in solo and getting work done. There's a ton of seating, the staff is friendly, and the coffee/food is on point. The aura is way less pretentious than other coffee shops around and they serve beer on tap. The only drawback is that it closes at 9.
Visited for the first time after moving to Minneapolis and I think I may have found my go-to. Coffee was great. Breakfast sandwiches were good and hearty. They even have beer/wine specials if you visit later in the day! Can't wait to go back!
My favorite places to do some work or read a book while having a beer. Amazing happy hour. Great craft beer options. Good bar seating in a cafe atmosphere. Excellent wifi. Friendly staff. The quesadilla is really good.
The Dunn Bros on 25 ½ Street South and Hennepin provides an atmosphere as unique and friendly as its location would suggest. In the summer the glass garage door is pulled up, allowing the interior space to provide an open-air respite from direct sunlight. The habitué sit and read – textbooks, newspapers, novels and classics; work on laptops writing, coding, and designing both artwork and advertisement; converse with friends, family, and acquaintances; or simply sip from their drink while observing pedestrians and cars as they pass by the shop. The espresso machine whirs and froths milk for one patron while a smooth cold press is being poured over ice for another. As the morning crowd - those focused on work and productivity - begin to unwind or head home, happy hour brings in patrons seeking a local brew or some inexpensive wine to share with a friend. The staff are gregarious and efficient, and provide consistent, high-quality drinks day after day.
