We ate at the industrial bvld location last week ordered in the car, in the parking lot so the kids could finish napping. The app sent our order to the Roseville location and we didn't notice till we walked in with our kids and sat down, feeling so hungry and irritated to have to pack the kids back into the car and drive out of the way to pick up our food was upsetting however the staff handled this with the best customer service possible! They likely read the disappointment on my face and wanted to help us especially taking note that the Roseville location has their dining room closed and couldn't accommodate us eating in. The employees and I assume the manager where quick to help my husband sort it out with the other location and serving us hot fresh and delicious food. Seriously the best Wendy's food we've had in a long long time. The ghost pepper chicken sandwiches were still crispy and the fries were perfect my kids enjoyed their bugers and spicy nuggets, everything was great. That level of service was refreshing and much appreciated thank you again.
The food is almost always excellent. If there is more 2-3 cars in the drive through I go elsewhere because The speed and friendliness of staff can be hit or miss.

After hard day work, we decided to go to Wendy's 4 of us and am glad we did .Please visit this place, and you will thank me later .
This is without a doubt the best Wendy’s meal I’ve ever eaten. The Asiago spicy chicken sandwich was served fresh and piping hot, the fries were fresh, and the man who took our order went out of his way to bring our drinks to our table prior to the food being ready. There were maybe 3 other customers there the entire time we ate there. If you like Wendy’s fast food, you won’t find a better place to eat it than this location. This is the Wendy’s on Industrial Blvd, Minneapolis.
The foos is usually good in this location. The service is ok, never seen anyone greet me with a smile tough.
The dining area was fairly clean but felt cold and distant.
I mean it's a Wendy's they aren't exceptionaly good but they also arent exceptionaly bad the one time I stopped the food seemed fresh enough. They forgot my BBQ sauce for my sandwich but the nuggets were juicy so overall cant complain. Came for that specific Wendy's flavor and got exactly that.
It was okay but a bit dryer than expected. There's no breakfast sandwich originally made for vegetarian meals.
