This Chipotle location is great. Nice employees who actually listen to your requests and are still fast. Place seemed clean enough. And, as a bonus they actually had limes for me over dinner time when other locations have seemed to magically run out anytime after the lunch rush. If in doubt about the other nearby west side locations, opt for this one. :)
We came to this location for the first time at about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday 6/24/2023. I must say the staff was wonderful! I believe her name may be Janay But it may be something else... She had top tier customer service which you don't see a lot nowadays. She was very helpful and explained steps I had to take to order a chicken quesadilla online. She was patient although we had a line of people behind us. Thank you for your kindness! The food was fresh and fast service as well.
I wanted to give a shout out to this location both in the food and especially the service! Not so long ago I was very frustrated across the board with the food quality across all locations and slim portions. This location by far is making me a big fan again and I enjoy the food which seems to be made with much more passion. Not too salty, rice made right, meat cooked well and not burnt, sautéed peppers and onions that aren’t dead and add the right extra layer! And I am writing this most of all because of the AMAZING service provided by Cheyenne (not sure on spelling…sorry if I got it wrong??)! Cheyenne runs the best line with the best service I have experienced in a Chipotle! She is beyond personable, friendly and keeps everything running smoothly. Please do whatever it takes to keep her at this location and I will keep coming back! Thanks and Happy Holidays Team!
Best chipotle in MN. The food is always yummy. The service is always good and fast. It’s the only location I go to if I’m craving chipotle!
This is one of the most outstanding locations I’ve been to. No matter how many orders they have, they always do a great job.
I wanted to specifically mention Yana, who seems to work a lot and goes out of her way to ensure customers have a positive experience. She is always super friendly, welcoming and and quick serving food. She makes my experience at this Chipotle even better.

Best Chipotle location! Always friendly and order accuracy/quality is great. Sometimes you’ll have to wait awhile for your mobile order, but honestly worth it.
I've gotten takeout here a few times over the past month or so, and the worst experience that I've had was having to wait a couple minutes because they were extra busy. Order has been correct, tasty, and timely every time. I'll continue coming back to this location.
Bro, this is THE Best Chipotle I've ever been to, the employees as all amazing and super nice, the food is immaculate, super delicious, and just prepared super nice. Amazing views of Calhoun lake. Hands down would drive here again just for the service.
This is the only chipotle in the twin cities that tastes like chipotle should taste! They are always in a good mood. Overall a great experience! Every other chipotle should take notes.
