Solid smoked meats and something unique, 4 different BBQ style options from different regions. So whatever kind of sauce you consider the "real" sauce, you're in luck! I got the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, turkey and Cajun sausage, with fried okra and the fries. Everything was great. They have a good amount of other options if you're not into BBQ. The gentlemen a couple of tables over was raving about his catfish poboy, so there we have it! Recommend!

The ambiance of this place was awesome since it has a jazzy feel to it. The food was great, though the ribs that I got need a little bit more smoking. Their cornbread was sooo delicious and also their desserts.

NYE and everything is closed in Moab. I was shocked. The Blu Pig was open for dinner and drinks! And also had great live music. We ordered turkey, burnt, wings, and sides. The burnt ends and wing were great. Get the wings with the garlic Buffalo sauce. Music was at the perfect volume. Will visit again when down here again.

To expensive to be average with the price of a basic meal at $30 with athe soda. Service: sorry but it was below par. As mentioned in the environment section, it was breezy and cold by the patio door that they sat us down by. The server didn’t explain anything and was distracted. Although she warmed up a. It over the night , she wears not very personable. Environment: for a BBQ joint it looked more like a night club. Dark inside with blue lighting. It was cold where we were sitting. They sat us by a door going to the patio with servers going in and out and the breeze came right accords to us. I mentioned it shortly after we sat down and the server did not even respond to my comment. Cost: quite expensive. Especially for the service and for a 4:40 arrival, many things were not available. The Baked potatoes were not going to be ready for another 45 minutes which means that they were not even in the oven when we arrived , and the cheddar mashed potatoes where already gone. Food: I like the thick slices they do for all the meats All the meats had a nice thick red smoke lines the Tri-tip was so well seasoned that I didn’t want or need any BBQ sauce. It was cut from the end, good for the seasoning, but it got dry dryer the closer that I got to the end. By the end, it was to dry and tough to eat, and there The turkey was moist and was complimented by the sauce. The brisket was again, thick sliced, with a nice smoke ring, that was fully rendered but dry. The biggest disappointment was the corn muffins. Please add some salt and maybe some honey! They were so bland and so almost inedible that my kids would not even eat them. If they are a recipe, buy a mix. Cole slaw, a must with BBQ was enjoyable and fresh and crispy. The beans were good, nothing special, but good. The onion rings were also a huge disappointment for the kids. The breading was crisp but the onion was a soggy and mushy.

Stopped by for an early dinner after a day at Arches National Park around 5 pm. The place was empty except for one other group. My wife and I ordered the 3 meat BBQ combo (12 oz.) consisting of a 1/4 rack of baby back ribs (additio nal $4.50 charge for this choice), Cajun sausage, & brisket with a side of sweet potato fries and house made cole slaw. All of the items were pretty good with the brisket being my favorite. Although, I would have liked a little spicier BBQ sauce. Ordered a 16 oz. Blu Pig IPA to help wash it all down. Our waitress was extremely friendly and the food came out quick. It was a good way to end an amazing day.

Amazing staff, vibe and food. This place knows smoke, blues, booze and BBQ. I currently live in ft worth were everyone pretends to know bbq, and this place is better than a lot of places in my area.

Gave this place a shot because it was right across the street from where we were renting our bikes. A little nervous because no one was here but gave it a shot anyway and I'm glad we did. Biggest burger I've ever seen in my life I seriously had to smash it to get it to fit in my big mouth. I ordered the Texan burger which came with double patties, brisket and a couple of onion rings to top it off, It also came with french fries. This burger was absolutely amazing omg my wife had to help me eat it as well We also put the house barbecue sauce on it 😋😋😋 Price was reasonable for a barbecue place service was excellent not sure why anyone was here? But then again it was just after 2:00 p.m. . Their bar looks to be closed but the tall beer I ordered apricot heffe was on point! I dare you to order that burger you'll be impressed!
