Absolutely delicious! We ate at 4 PM on a Friday and lucked into Happy Hour enjoying appetizers for 30% off. We had the lettuce wraps (which I think we’re actually called Bamboo wraps), shrimp rolls (which are big, delicious shrimps wrapped in egg roll shell and fried), coconut shrimp, tuna twister (chopped raw tuna wrapped in what almost looks like a shot glass made of avocado - this was fantastic), and salmon tempura. All appetizers were simply delicious.
We also had some California rolls which while very good were unremarkable. I’d say the quality of food is excellent as is the presentation. Portions are not as generous as other reviews suggest however. Instead, they’re pretty standard. Prices do seem a little high though. The 30% off on apps during Happy Hour brings the price down to average to above-average. As a result, I’d say this is the kind of place to visit from time to time for good food. Better prices would have me recommend more regular visits.
First let me start by saying go, please go. The sushi was out-of-this-world great!! Our food came promptly. The service was awesome. We visited just after getting home from a long weekend in New Orleans. Our party was probably a little more rambunctious than the average diners, but the waiter took it in stride and could not have been more accommodating. He knew the ingredients of each and every dish on the menu and how they were prepared. There was nothing on the menu over 20 bucks. Mostly everything ranged from 8 to 10. The true gem of the restaurant was the sushi, though. We tried quite a few different things, and all were fantastic, but our favs were the Tuna Twister and the Spicy Tuna Roll. YUMMY!!
Like I said at the beginning, please give it a try. You will not be disappointed.
Service was fantastic! Very flexible when I wanted fried rice instead of steamed and wanted cream cheese added to roll. Food was great! Server was great! Decor was great! Maybe would have liked some oriental music.
Not bad. Way better than any of the other places in town I've been to.
Nice people--knowledgeable on phone. Very nice bar. Friendly. Place is clean and nice. Delicious food even with a huge menu. We got fresh sushi to start. Good rolls--creative as well as traditional. YUM. Soup-tom kay really good. Gyoza and pad thai were both outstanding. Just love this place. I like to eat there or pick up the bar, but they will deliver. People are missing out---this place is GOOD!
The food is fantastic & their customer service is on point.
More importantly though, they are the only restaurant in the area that delivers sushi & eating sushi while chillin on my own couch is way better than eating it anywhere else.
I'm a vegetarian and I love their veggie roll here (cucumber and avocado sushi). Their tofu is the softest I have ever had.
What a great little secret, Friday night and it's not so packed you feel uncomfortable. The food is delis and beautiful! !!
