At first glance, you will notice a few outdoor picnic tables accompanied by patio heat lamps. The outdoor space, although small, is full of vibrant colors and fun decore. As we entered the blue vestibule, we were met with bright colors inside as well in the form of live plants and neon signs. So here are my thoughts on the space: clean, appropriately socially distanced, bright and lively.
We had tried two items of the daily specials menu accompanied with a fresh juice and a coffee. The food was delicious. The service was incredible. We will definitely be back.
Great breakfast at a little Corner at Montclair Nj. I have to say , my teenager found this place by just passing by and saw people waiting outside. Today was the day, and what delicious surprise we got. I’m a hot coffee lover!!! Right in the money. Hot and good coffee, they refill as they pass by your table you don’t even have to ask for it, The food was great , the service was A+ , clean and the little details they put on their service. Hope you try it.
The best clean breakfast place in Montclair. I’ve been here two times with my boyfriend and I have to say I am very please with the service and quality of the food. You’re seated very quickly and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. At first I felt intimidated because I never saw such a fast-paced breakfast joint, but I ended up really falling in love with the coffee, tea and clean foods. I’ve had the blueberry lemon scone and the avocado toast. The toast comes with a poached egg, so I asked for scrambled instead and the waitress was kind enough to substitute it for me. The waiter was always pouring us a cold glass of water and asking if we’d like anything else. This restaurant also follows all the social distancing guidelines which made me more inclined to go. Also, there’s heated seating outside. Definitely give this place a go. You won’t regret it. Can’t wait to try more delicious breakfast on the menu!
It’s rare these days to find a place that after a couple visits, you become not just a customer but a friend. The Corner is by far our favorite cafe and brunch spot! Always the best food, best service, and best atmosphere. Freshest ingredients, fresh baked pastry items, and fresh juice, that satisfy even our palate, which is usually pretty picky. Oh and did I mention the most delicious chocolate chip cookie AND La Colombe’s coffee and draft lattes. Our go-to spot during a sunny day, rainy day, happy day, and not so happy day, and we always leave with a good talk, a great cup of coffee, and an awesome mood. Good vibes only! ;)
Our favorite place to eat!! The waitstaff is incredibly friendly, they know us by name. Food is outstanding and reasonably priced. Great atmosphere, the chocolate chip cookies are a must
Never disappointed. Recommend their omelettes and definitely get their pancakes. Won't be disappointed.
Good Service and Fresh Food. Very busy establishment with limited seating. The staff did their best to accommodate customers. Very polite people. Food tasted and looked fresh. Daily menu changes so your favorite may come and go. Flavor of brewed drink was possibly off due to the local water or condition of cup.
Cute place with outdoor seating. The wait staff is great. They give you the perfect amount of attention. I ordered the baquette and a chai latte. The latte was perfectly spiced and not too sweet. I will definitely come back.
