Absolutely magnificent burger! Wagyu beef. Homemade onion rings, cheeses, BBQ sauce, pickles, etc. The place that made my favorite burger closed permanently, so finding this place makes me happy!
A hidden burger gem. A gourmet burger joint complete with a food truck. Love the large homemade pickles.
Food was very good. Crinkle cut fries were warm seasoned well. Fountain drinks are in plastic cups but it was very good and the staff was very friendly. Good prices for a family owned business. I got The American with fries.
Was really impressed with this place. Had the Hi-Fi burger and the catch 34 with onion rings and chili cheese fries. Love the bun plus house made pickles. Burger nice and juicy had good flavor. Wish the onion rings had a tad bit of salt but all in all I enjoyed

Stopped by after visiting the osteology museum. It was definitely better than I ever could have anticipated.
The cheese sauce was absolutely delicious. The burger had flavors that I wasn't expecting and the fries may look like standard crinkle cut, let me tell you they are anything but ordinary.
I know the portion size vs price may scare some of you away. But the flavor is unique and uncomparable to a chain. Support local restaurants.
10/10 burger and fries.

Batch 23 is the best burger I've ever had. It's not even close. The entire menu is great. Owners are a local family with history in the area. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot. Fair warning though- it will ruin other burger joints for you.
