I love the Genghis Grill!! I love the awesome variety of meats and veggies along with your favorite seasonings being cooked on a flat top grill. I can make it how I like it!! Lace is clean, service is great and their drinks are off the hook!!!
I've been going here for years. The service is absolutely horrible every single time. I'm not sure why. It's not hard! They don't even have to take or deliver any orders. So frustrating. I almost always have to get up and get my own sriaracha. Unfortunately at this point I know where they keep it! Haha
You choose your own ingredients so it is easy to please yourself. Raw meat shrinks when cooked, so it ends up being less. I want to go back!

Bring back the bigger bowl!. Good concept in the beginning definitely, but it went downhill from there. With that said, food is still good even with changes they've made since they first opened. Endless combinations can be made as you go through the line to pick what meats, vegetables, sauces and spices you want for the outcome in your bowl. No complaints over there. My only gripe is that they made the bowl smaller for a higher price (since they first opened, I believe it was cheaper back then). For the current price, I can go somewhere else with more and better service as well as fresh food that take more time and care to prepare compared to what I can get here. All the food you pile up in their smaller bowl reduces to little food in the end. I used to request noodles with my bowl but switched to rice later on. I found out I get more quantity that way. I hope they do listen to their customers and try to improve on this. For 2 people, the price I pay we could've gotten 2 nice entrees somewhere else. A bowl of stir fried goodness doesn't seem to justify the price, yet we keep coming back still. That's saying something.
Likes it. I have been here a few times and I'm always satisfied, and ALWAYS full when I leave. People don't get that you have to cram your bowl with raw ingredients to get your money's worth and that's what its all about. Don't complain if you only get enough to fill the bottom. Not their fault you're an idiot. The food is good and they have a great variety of ingredients. Pretty good place to eat in my opinion. It is kind of hard to get to the food on the line though...

I ate at Genghis Gril for the first time last month. I love love loved it. Fun experience. I want to eat there for my family bday dinner. The only bad was that I had ordered a drink from the bar and they didnt make it right, so I had them make it again. They red head waitress that made it had a go to hellattitude afterwards and gave me a couple of dirty looks.

I absolutely love this place! Awesome food! The "buffet" line is sometimes difficult to reach all the items, but the staff was quick to help. I will definitely be returning!
Crowded Layout. Genghis would probably be a great place if it was designed better. Small tables packed close together run right next to where the line forms for the buffet. The claustrophobic feeling that generates aside, the all-you-can-eat option isn't a very good choice during dinner hours, as it takes nearly 15 minutes in the buffet line to get through, then another 10 for your bowl to be cooked. At nearly a half-hour per plate, half of that time which is spent not enjoying time with your party at a table, this definitely is not somewhere to go with friends you wish to catch up with, but maybe instead a blind date you need escape options from.
SO GOOD!!!!. I have been to Genghis Grill many times and Everytime I have absolutely loved it and I also love on your Birthday you get a free bowl this place is so amazing, good food, good service, just amazing I would recommend Genghis Grill to everyone I know.
Place was clean. Staff seemed limited but it was not a busy time frame. We had Justice as our server, and she was very knowledgeable on the menu and changes. She was polite and kid friendly also gave suggestions on mixtures of sauces. A couple of changes have been made for a better process. Ex. They take your starch order before giving you your bowl to stack you food into. The food was amazing!! I love this place and so sad they closed the one on the north side. 1 bowl was seafood only, the other 2 were pretty much everything.
Ppl were friendly and the margaritas were made perfectly it was my 1st time ever going and it was absolutely good the only way you can go wrong eating here is if you don't know how to season food I'll definitely be back
First time visiting, but definitely will not be my last. Ordered the Supreme fried rice... DELICIOUS! They don't skip on meat portions, which was shocking. Rarely have I been to a restaurant that didn't cheat on the protein. Highly recommend.
We had dinner here and the food is so delicious! I can't wait to go back.
