Chuy's is a bright and colorful Tex-Mex place that's great for groups or families. They have several different sauces to choose from which is nice. I ordered the deluxe chicken enchiladas which was decent. However, I didn't like that much of the chicken was in huge chunks making it difficult to cut. It did taste good though. It's definitely worth a try if you've never been. The waiter we had was excellent. Interesting side note: the silverware package had prayers written on it which I had never seen before.
Love their custom enchiladas with Boom Boom sauce - typically do cheese enchiladas (sometimes throw in the grilled steak). Extra flour tortillas on the side is a must (great alternative for dipping in the jalapeño ranch). Tres Leches is excellent!
Went here for dinner with friends, a couple and their three kids (1-6) for lunch. We were seated quickly, the hostess gave the kids crayons and a drawing menu, and our waitress was very quick to get our drinks.
Our orders were taken promptly after our drinks came.
Food delivered in short order and was wonderful. Our pregnant server was fantastic, I will come back again.
