We had an enjoyable dinner that began with Hamlin's famous "White Sauce!" and tortilla chips! We had the #2 Enchilada meal which was excellent! We enjoyed the flavors as they mixed together. The chili sauce on the enchiladas was delicious. It would make a great chili for Frito Chili Pie too! The refried beans had a great consistency. The salad was fresh. The rice was nicely flavored, neither too spicey or bland. ”Go for the White Sauce. Stay for the food!”
My husband's aunt and uncle used to own this restaurant so we are a little biased. The white sauce is amazing! It is a nice restaurant with really friendly staff. They typically stay busy. There is an event space for parties separate from the main dining area. They have reusable to go cups and will give you to-go containers for your chips and dip as well. Gift cards are also available. We spent on average $13 a plate on the weekend. If you go mid week, you can order from their lunch menu and get a discount.

Love Hamlin's white dip, & the salsa is very tasty, too! I had 2 enchiladas, a tamale, a taco, rice, beans, & a salad. Everything was really good! Portion sizes are decent, and I could not eat it all. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Muskogee.
Pros: prices are a good value especially at lunch, friendly staff, portions are generous
Cons: not the most flavorful okie mex I've had, white sauce was good, but salsa was bland
All in all, good food at a reasonable price with great friendly staff. I had chicken fajitas. Will be back to try other dishes when I'm back in Muskogee.
The cheese dip is really good, i love going for lunch and getting the special while doing business work on my laptop, such a peaceful environment. Only thing is they need to sweep the floor more after each customer i dont want to see trash on the floor while im eating and the rice and beans taste like something right out of the box💖overall you have my daily vote
