Love PF Changs. Happy 30th Birthday. However, had our first negative experience there. We went over an hour before closing, arrived 7:45pm and felt rushed, even though we were the only new table. We went later than normal to avoid the summer tourist crowd but now not so sure that's a great idea. Others did come in after us. Food was good but the kung pao shrimp was slightly overcooked and Mongolian beef was very overcooked. The calamari appetizer was way over fried-was so tough almost inedible. Fried rice upcharged.side was mushy. Lo mein side had little flavor. Lettuce wraps great as always! Asian Pear Mojito very refreshing. We will go again but will avoid arriving anytime near closing and stick to regular sides.

First time back at PF Chang’s in over 10 years. The atmosphere was dark and comfortable. Lettuce Wraps were delicious as I remember, sushi was good, shrimp in lobster sauce was good, and the fried rice was excellent. My first time trying fried rice was at PF Chang’s and now I remember why I feel in love with it! Amazing flavor! Courtney was our waitress and she was great. Thank you to the manger Julian for taking care of our needs!

We had the pleasure of having Ashley as our server tonight. She was awesome. Ashley‘s customer service skills were outstanding. Her attention to detail was also shown when my husband never had to wait for his beverage to be replenished. She also kept the pace of the meal well executed which made us have a very enjoyable and relaxing dining experience. Thank you Ashley! We hope to see you again soon:)
