This evening, Wed., I dined inside & waste served by Caroline. I ordered an off kiosk burger with no ketchup & fries. I took a seat & shortly Caroline brought my completed order with KETCHUP packets for my fries, even tho I had forgotten to mention them. It was an unexpected SURPRISE! Furthermore, it was a very pleasant interaction with her at the register & my table. It's the first memorable experience I've had at this site. I quit coming for a long time because of previous experiences. I guess it has new mgmt. I'll be back soon😁

Hit or miss here. Seems like everyone is waiting for someone else to take the order. Food was hot and fresh though. Faster than the Hartsville location.
