The food was phenomenal. Every bite was packed full of flavor. My husband and I split everything: crispy HOT pig ear, shrimp and pork dumplings, carbonara pizza, bolognese pasta, and banana fosters bread pudding. Our server really enhanced the experience. Definitely recommend this place!
Wonderful restaurant in East Nashville! Creative dishes with local ingredients, fresh and flavorful. The mussels were plump and delicious, the roasted chicken with barley and sweet potatoes was a hit and the ribeye steak melted in my mouth. The service was attentive and fun, without being overbearing. The wine list runs a bit expensive but there are still various nice selections under US$48.
I really liked the aesthetic and intimacy of the restaurant here. It’s a small main dining room with a smaller side room plus a bar.
Visit during the community hour for great small plate specials and $7 drinks.
There is also a $22 pizza of the day. Ours was really really good with sausage, jalapeño, and honey. It was really well balanced and filling.
Our server recommended an after dinner drink across the street at Urban Cowboy and that was also a blast.

The pork belly tacos would be an immediate order on future visits. The queso fundito was good but would be a pass to try something different.
The sauce on the wings were also really unique and some of the best I’ve had even if the wings themselves were small. 5 wings for $7 was still an excellent value.

Nice place! Cool, laid back atmosphere with good design. Food was outstanding. Service was spot on. My favs were the biscuits and the Porto chop!!
We went to celebrate a birthday and everything was delicious! We got a steak, the pork chops, and the spinach fettuccine. Oh, and of course we got the banana fosters bread pudding AND the skillet cookie for deserts. Our waiter, Bo, was super friendly and attentive.
We stayed in East Nashville and decided to come here for happy hour! We were not disappointed; it was a cute & cozy neighborhood spot with wonderful and attentive service, dishes served on eclectic local pottery, and great apps/cocktails! We tried a variety of things on the menu - hummus, maple glazed wings, pork belly tacos and the steak! We were most impressed by lovely and balance cocktails and an excellent wine selection. Don’t sleep on the blackberry mezcal drink (pictured)!!
We happened to be staying in East Nashville, very close to this neighbourhood gem.. We decided to share a few dishes from the menu as there were too many good ones to choose from.. particularly recommend the pork belly! The staff were very friendly and attentive and even gave us great advice on venues to visit after dinner.. 🥳
Ventured over to the east side of Nashville to indulge at a restaurant that supports locally grown produce. Our reservation was for 6:45 pm. The host graciously seated us early to partake in their community hour. Shout out to the lovely hostess! Go all in for the wings and embrace that beautiful sweet/hot and a delicate crunch from the peanuts. I wanted to gnaw on the bones, but did not want to appear un-ladylike. I went in like a warrior and ordered the dry-aged NY strip steak. The Chef recommended medium rare. Let me just say, I wanted to find the chef and curtsy before him, because he prepared my steak as if I was royalty. The steak was well rested, juicy and bursting with flavor. The ensemble of green beans, sweet tomato, pecan sauté and chimichurri provided a delicious bed of flavor for the steak. My bestie ordered the grilled pork chop and all I heard her say repeatedly is: “This is Amazing!!!!” I will be back to try the pizzas and other palete pleasing options on the menu.
Lockeland Table was absolutely fantastic. I love how it is tucked deep in a residential area that feels so far from downtown but really only about 10-15 min. Our meal was amazing. We had a couple of pizzas. The feel of the restaurant is also very welcoming, not too loud, but enough buzz to know you are in a very beloved restaurant. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

This is a great place in East Nashville with a very creative menu. We went while we were visiting some family, and randomly chose the restaurant only to find out that my relatives also love this place. I had the Jamaican jerk chicken which was on a sort of backed pure of plantains and other flavors with sweet potatoes - the chicken was cooked perfectly. One member of my party had the catch of the day, another member had the muscles, and two others shared a Margherita pizza and some salads. Everyone liked their food, although my friend had the mussels (which were in a Thai-esque curry broth) noticed that they were really small, and after looking at them I have to agree that they were some of the smallest mussels I have ever seen. One other critique was the service - the restaurant was very busy, so that may have been why but after the initial drink and food order our waitress hardly ever came back, not once during the meal service to ask if we need anything (which we did). In addition, my friend got up and went to the bathroom and before we could notice, another staff member had removed her wine glass which still had wine in it. So for this reason, 4/5, but definitely worth a try and definitely do not try to go without a reservation.
It’s pretty much a perfect neighbourhood restaurant. I popped by and had a few small plates (community hour) + a glass of wine whilst sat on the outside terrace, just as the place opened; and it excelled in every way!
Service was super friendly, slick and speedy but not rushed. The community plates, at $7 dollars a piece represent some of the best value dining I’ve had in a loooong time. Wine was ace, place is lovely, and busy from get-go; so they’re obviously doing a lot right

Had group reservations and was promptly seated. We shared happy hour apps and enjoyed the drinks! Service started out well but tapered off as they picked up dinner service. Only comment on atmosphere is the temperature (was too hot) and the small size amplified the noise. Definitely recommend and like to go back without a group.
