Went there for a birthday dinner - the staff was very accommodating and set up our reserved table with some festive items we dropped off before hand and let us bring in our own cake for the birthday. We had Emerson as our server and he was nothing short of exceptional! Very knowledgeable about the menu and funny. He had our party laughing every time he came to our table. We’re visiting Nashville and Emerson took the time to recommend places to go and even brought us local magazines and papers with things going on in the area for while we’re here. He made the experience. The food was delicious - I highly recommend the bruschetta appetizer and the scallop dinner (the sauce on the scallop dinner is to die for). Overall a great experience.
My fiancé and I went just for a much needed night out and we had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and the band was great! Our food was the best I had tasted ever! This place is on the pricey side but it is worth every penny.
Sambuca is an absolutely fantastic restaurant. The atmosphere is so much fun. Live music, great seating for food and drinks, and great bands! The space is designed very well to allow you to enjoy the music and your party at the same time.
The service is top notch. Our waiter was kind, professional, gave great suggestions and most importantly, he didn’t over-serve us. Many waiters check in too many times and take away from your experience. Our waiter struck a balance and knew what he was doing. Well done!
Most importantly, the food. My meal from Sambuca was one of the best meals I’ve had in my life. Appetizer, entree and dessert were all incredible. They were seasoned well, and the combination of flavors were unique, creative and bold! I will dine here every time I’m in Nashville. Bravo!
I’m giving this establishment four stars simply due to an error with my meal after telling the server twice about a food allergy. The staff were very apologetic however the food was amazing and the entertainment and ambience was top notch.
Oh my lanta... best steak I've ever had in my life. So tender, I was able to cut it with a butter knife. I got the 7 oz filet with Gorgonzola walnut butter, asparagus, port wine bordelaise- fantastic 👌
The mocktail I got was delicious 😋 I tried the Pineapple Mint Smash. The table shared appetizers of Grazing Board, Shrimp and Crab Dip and Tuna Poke (not pictured). All delicious and there was literally nothing left.
Others got the Ribeye (perfection), the Flat Iron with a scallop on the side and the shrimp linguini (also not pictured) and we all loved everything. The live jazz was wonderful and set the mood.
We snagged scooters after and rode back to the hotel- literally a great night 🌙

It's not very busy during workdays and we had a great seat. The performance that night was a jazz vibe and we loved it!
Food and cocktails here are amazing, be sure to try the chicken parm!! I've been on the hunt for a good chicken parm in Nashville and this one is way up there in the list! I love that they have live music and their blueberry margarita is very yummy.
Luke the waiter was awesome and provided service at our pace. This was our 20th anniversary and he made it special!, We were here for our 10th also...the ambiance was comfortable and the live 🎶 was enjoyable. We really enjoyed the crab dip and the sea bass.
We came to see Amanda Raye play. The food and service was excellent. We stayed for Amanda's entire show and our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive the entire time. We ordered the charcuterie board and the beignets. Everything was amazing! The next time we're in town if Amanda is playing here, we'll be here!
Food was superb. I've never had sea bass this good so far from the source. Service was impeccable. All in all an amzing evening.

There was a large group of us Saturday evening the food was amazing, drinks were amazing and even more the staff was unreal. Will and Maddy were our bartenders. They were so kind and helpful. There was a really pretty server with long brown hair. I can't recall getting her name but she was wonderful! 100% if you're in Nashville this is a place you MUST visit! Veggie lasagna was to die for!
