Donuts were so good, we came back twice!
We tried a variety of donuts between the two days during our trip. Our favorites were the glazed donut, Boston crème, and apple fritter. These donuts taste exactly how donuts should taste - freshly made, sweet but not too sweet, and delicious! Excellent prices. Customer service was amazing - we had a lovely experience both days.
Miami does not have donut shops like this unfortunately. It’s a real, classic donut shop. We will 100% return when we come back to Tennessee!
The best donuts in Nashville…and probably the best apple fritters I’ve EVER eaten! (And I’ve eaten my fair share all over the U.S.)
They offer a wonderful variety of fresh cake, raised and specialty donuts, plus muffins, fritters, etc. and they are priced very reasonably as well!
The service is excellent, courteous and very helpful.
I generally get a couple dozen donuts when I visit and freeze the majority so I can enjoy them when the cravings are overwhelming…which is frequently. :-)
it was so scrumptious! some of the best donuts i’ve ever had! owners are so nice and the maple bacon donut is to die for!! they have the best apple fritters ever!! the fritters are so big they last me 3 days!! talk about a good deal. 10/10 recommend, you should go buy some now!!
I read about this place on a Nashville giant foods thread - and dang was I not disappointed. Notice the doughnut is bigger than the table. We got the Texas Doughnut with maple glaze - it comes in two sizes 14 & 18” (smaller shown) and probably was the best tasting doughnut I’ve had in along time. I went in expecting the texture to be hard due to the size but I was I was blown away how fluffy this doughnut was. I didn’t get to try it till hours later and even then - it was amazing in every way. Give them a 24 hour notice and bring your appetite! I would definitely order another one. On top of everything else - stellar customer service!
Delicious, light, fresh , perfect donuts!!! And the man working was so so nice to us. My family likes to find the good donut spots whenever we visit places and we definitely found a good one this time!!!!
Oh wow! Love this place! We have flashing Donut sign! Love it!! And you smell donuts cooking from the streets. It’s an old school type place. From the older gentleman in the corner to the guy who obviously makes the donuts. He had flour on his clothes! 😍 The donuts were fabulous! Especially the star shaped. The strawberry icing is by far the best tasting on our donut tour! So, this is my favorite now!! It just has all the elements for success! Yippee!!
Worked here 40+ years ago while in college. Mr Fox was a great employer with great service and great donuts. Stopped in today to show it to my wife while visiting Nashville. Got coffee and an apple fritter. Just as good today as 40 years ago. Place still quaint, charming atmosphere and busy as ever.
Wonderful, amazing, delicious!!! Cannot beat Donut Den’s apple fritters. Their staff is so amazing and kind. Natalie was especially helpful and sweet! If you are in the Nashville area, definitely stop by Fox’s Donut Den - get there before 9am or so to make sure you get all the goods! Also, if you are having a party make sure to order one of their TEXAS DONUTS! Thanks Donut Den!
🍩 Like walking into an old fashioned donut shop in the nostalgic 80s... When the cases were full of donuts! Service was excellent (they didn't have a Bavarian cream filled one, but made one on the spot for me). Good donuts.
Today was my first time visiting this donut shop, wow what an amazing experience !
Everyone was so nice and the cashier he was amazing! I will be returning back !
