What can you say more about White Castle than is already known it has a movie made about it. It truly is one of my favorite hamburger 🍔 joints around. I love the onions on the little sliders and I love their type of fries 🍟. I don't like the shoestring fries and they have the good flat ones. And we had good service , fast and for it being on Charlotte Avenue I was so suprised.
So this review is a bit late, but manager Chasity is amazing!!! Months ago while is was out completing errands for work I decided to grab a bite to eat. I pulled into White Castle drive through and I realized that there were several cars in line and it wasn’t moving. Because of my many years in retail I knew that it had to be a staffing issue, and so I prepared for my wait. Before I ordered I was informed that there was a bit of a waiting period, but I was already prepared for that. What I wasn’t prepared for was seeing this young woman manning the entire store ALONE, yes you read right!!! After several no shows/ call outs, she pulled up her boots straps, got to work, and did so without complaint and with a smile. I hope that the owners of this establishment both appreciate and values this young woman’s’ work ethic!!! Hold on to this employee!!!
Only 2 employees working at 10:30 in the morning, one being a new guy handled our large out of town order like pros! Wish I had gotten names to give them the credit they deserve. Job well done fellas. Very friendly but professional job!
Popped in to grab something for breakfast. Decided on 3 Impossible Sliders with cheddar. 🎶Hello🎶 Have you met these? I don't know how they do it, but they taste like meat...but they are sooooo not. They are vegetable based and freaking awesome! I went inside and the cashier at the counter was very polite and helpful. My order was cooked fresh, so I didn't mind waiting. It was well worth it. No pics to show, because I was so hungry. I will NEVER stop coming to White Castle. I LOVE them!!!
I am constantly reviewing but I came to this restaurant and the young lady taking my order done an excellent job. Believe her name is Shontrice correct me if I'm wrong. She did a wonderful job,her CS skills are A1 made me fill welcomes. Wonderful asset to th he team well done Shontrice...Now the only problem I had was my fries were cold,and I asked for brown mustard on my burgers and there was none. Burgers were hot wish my fries were but great job other wise. Did not have to wait long in the line highly recommended this restaurant
Cute little store, never been to a White Castle. Went to try the impossible slider which I really enjoyed and a good deal for an impossible food containing product. Great source of protein. Only wish they were in my state.
It gets 5 star for just being a White Castle in the south. Customer service was friendly, held nice conversation while my food was being made. Store was clean, food was fresh and as always with WC consistently good.
First time at a white castle. Was traveling with the girlfriend back to Florida from Missouri and we stopped in for a bite to eat and to make a strange request for a crave case deconstructed so that it could travel home to share with our roommates and not be soggy upon arrival. They were happy to oblige and gave us these great little crave case coolers for the trip. They put each patty between paper for safe keeping. They were so nice. I got to chatting with a woman who worked there for 17 years and loved her job and a man traveling from Louisiana who was also having his first white castle experience. We purchased a few white castle candles from them. 100% of the proceeds goes towards Autism. We had an amazing experience here. Thank you staff, you're incredible.
I go to this location 2-3 times a week depending on how often i work at one of my companies locations that is near by. The food is always fresh and amazing. Ive never had any issues with my order. For the most part the staff is friendly. Love this location.
It was tasty my first ever white castle experience. The employees was very sweet included free dessert brownie for my baby " but really for me" lol. If I lived closer I would return.
