I ordered something that I did not like (one of the new floats). I was able to return it for another drink without any issues. They were very nice and I appreciate their customer service.
I haven’t had fresh Jack in the Box for roughly 12 years... and well I can tell you I miiissssssed!
Think I gained 20 more pounds in 2 days!
The best part, Christine and Andie loved it also! Brad... well he really doesn’t try new things that often.
The food was on point and the service was great. I am a food blogger and I came two hours to try this restaurant for the first time so I got mad love for Jack in the Box! Never been to one of these before (thought they were located on the West Coast). Great food, especially for a late night out the night before. Haven't tried the tacos yet, but I did enjoy the chicken club and bacon cheddar wedges I ordered.
Food was very good. Buttery Jack was Amazing!! Service was great too.
This was definitely a good fast food place. The staff were very nice! It was right next to our hotel which made it convent. I thought the food was excellent. The only thing that sucked is there ice cream machine wasn't working but other than that id definitely eat here again!

My first time at Jack in the box. Disappointed that the doors were locked so We had to use the drive thru. I hate using the drive thru. To my surprise, our burgers were fresh and exactly the way I ordered them. Not real impressed with the fries.
I'll be a repeat customer to try other items on the menu.
It's a shame that they are open 24 hours on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Give your employees those days off!
We went back to Jack n the Box and was that a MISTAKE!
The drive-thru was extremely backed up and not moving.
The dining room was open so I went in and ordered our food to go. This was about 7pm and there were 4 workers having a good time but no one was getting their food. They were laughing, cutting up, not fixing orders and didn't care that customers were waiting or that I was standing there watching them. When I finally got home with our sack of stuff (we were afraid to eat it) i called the phone number on the receipt and told them what they were doing as I felt they obviously needed supervision. They never contacted me so the don't care about whats going on after the boss leaves.
my advice: Don't eat there cause you are not going to know what's between the buns!
First time at a Jack in The Box. Food was amazing even though they were out of bacon! Service could have been a little better though.
Jack in the Box is my all time favorite fast food place. If I see one I am hungry. I love the tacos. I need to see some pop up in my area. It would definitely have my business.
This place had 1 yes 1 employee cooking running drive through and taking orders. This poor lady had to turn away so man cars in drive through they lost a lot of business because she was all alone and doing everything by herself. This company should be ashamed for expecting a single employee to do everything. Kudos to her but thumbs down to the company.
