So, they fixed my soggy sandwich complaint with a fresh delicious new sandwich. Best one I've had! Went a second return trip, great again. Really appreciate the effort to fix mistakes, look forward to many more sandwiches to come 😀 😊 🙌 👌

I really enjoy the food from Jersey Mike's, but the tall guy with the reddish beard is ALWAYS RUDE. He asked my name for my pick up then he walked off, then another nicer guy with a nose piercing walked over to ask my name and kindly reached up on the very top shelf and handed me my sandwich, a customer even said "why didn't he (the bearded one) just tell you that?"
I am 5 ft tall, there is no way I could have known my sandwich was on the top shelf and the guy with the beard just asked me my name and cavalierly walked off, I saw him being rude to his fellow employees as well as the customers.This is my second time dealing with his rudeness and I'm about to stop coming to this Jersey Mike's or just pay door dash to bring it. But I like to come inside. I know the owners/leadership are very kind.

It's a jersey mikes that is extra clean inside with friendly staff and consistently good food. The team working there was consistently cleaning and talking to regulars and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there which we are huge fans of. The food - don't be alarmed by the first sandwich. J got a turkey BLT and ate a lot of it before remembering to take a picture (my bad). P got the chicken marinara and it was a standard sammy that made him less hungry. Nothing too out of this world, but it was a nice spot for a quick bite in the Bellevue area.

Good sandwich and service. The owner or manager needs to correct the address in Google. I drove several minutes before finding this place. It is in a shopping strip next to CVS.
The gentleman behind the counter had no idea I just got off a 12 hour shift. The polite small talk was the best interaction I had with a human all day and he was as friendly and sincere as it gets. Food was great as always. Can't go wrong with a giant club... you know, some now and some for a midnight snack.

The service here has really improved over the past couple of years. The food is fresh. I like Jersey Mike's much more than Subway - the atmosphere, the ingredients, the service - all better than Subway.
Best sub shop. Subway dreams about being this good. My one and only nitpick is that it's really easy for the sandwich to get too soggy and messy, but that's so minor I won't even take off a star for that.
Best sub shop in Bellevue. Very friendly and fast service! They consistently serve quality ingredients and never skimp on portions. They gladly customize your order according to your liking.
