The burger I got Texas Bar BQ was amazing. Definitely the best I've ever had. They're artisan burgers so they're made with all unique ingredients that come together amazing. Also the beers they have are all locally made here in CT and they have everything from stouts, ales,etc. The best part is the prices aren't bad either. An entire meal (burger, fries or side salad and alternative sides) comes to all of $12-$13. Also the ambience and decoration works well together and the bar is huge seats probably about 25 people comfortably. I definitely suggest going there if you're looking for something not to fancy not to casual and different but still something you've had before.
Loved the Falafel, toasted chick peas and build-your-own burger! I had the bison. It was cooked as ordered with avocado and red onion. I ate the warm kale salad for lunch today and it was pleasingly fresh. Anyone on here who complains of the crowd should realize that good food draws a crowd! Duh. And those who have a problem with the wait staff should report it on the spot to the manger instead of complaining online. How is a manager supposed to improve service if you've waited until after you left?!!! Our waitress gave us advice, plenty of time to think and select and smiled politely. I recommend it for the city feel and the interesting clientele.
First off. Service was great. Very friendly and accommodating staff.
The food was good. Flavors were there. Fresh items. Drinks were good too. Truffle fries were ok, previous visit I remember them being more memorable. Overall great experience.

Amazing service! Fun food: Beer chili=soooo good. They know their IPAs and recommended Haze. Terrific choice! I was in from California to sign on a house. Can wait to move so we can return!
Super solid service will keep us coming back. NOT your basic burger. Mikki made our experience top notch (Highly recommend her). The menu was deep enough to give us plenty of variety. A little on the pricey side. However the service was friendly, the food fast, hot and rub your tummy yummy. Insta nod?!?! 🍔

Great burgers! This was my second time here and I was just as great as the first time. I had the second breakfast which has an egg but I added avocado.
One of the best burgers I have EVER eaten. The 2nd Breakfast burger was perfectly cooked to medium rare with two thick slices of bacon topped with a fried egg. Very tasty fries and a good selection of local and craft beers. Excellent service too. Would be five stars, but they couldn't find our 6:45 reservation even though we received a confirmation. Fortunately, we were still able to be seated. It got pretty crowded after 7pm. Highly recommend this restaurant.
This is my second time in this place and it was even better than before. We had the Famous Chicken Sandwich and the Honey Truffle burger. They both were amazing. The flavor and preparation were incredible. For the side dish we had mixed greens and tatter tots. The happy hour drinks are only five bucks. We tried mojitos and margaritas. The spicy margarita was delicious. We highly recommend this place. Good times in New Haven.
3 of us had burgers, one had a chicken sandwich. The food was outstanding. I drove from NY. My daughter and her family from Framingham MA. We met and spent a few hours at East Rock Park. I found the restaurant online. Everyone loved their food and thanked me for finding it. 👍👍👍👍
