My wife and I found this place when our usual weekend breakfast place was closed for vacation. Are we glad we did! We knew we were in for a treat when we saw fresh-squeezed orange juice on the menu. After we ordered, the waitress came back a few minutes later to tell us " Sorry for the wait on your OJ. THEY'RE BUSY SQUEEZING IT FRESH RIGHT NOW." I asked, "what, because they're out?" "No, because they squeeze it fresh FOR EACH ORDER." 'Nuff said. They pay that level of detail in all their food.
A word about their house made donuts. Yes, they are square. Deal with it. They have a number of very interesting flavors, to be sure, like the one topped with fudge and chopped up peanut butter cups. They are a bit on the firm side, not my first choice to be sure, but they are certainly better than the pink and brown chain place down the street.
Decently priced, interesting atmosphere. Not a lot of vegan options, but they were willing to make something custom for me. The coffee was watery. Staff was very friendly though and let me charge my phone.
Will visit again
Visited for the donuts before the truck and second shop opened up. Donut was pretty good, and they had almost run out right after noon.
