We were a group of 4 women and we all ordered different dishes. The pecan waffle with fresh whipped cream and strawberries was not too sweet and really delicious, the praline bacon was a sweet treat with the waffle. We tried the fried grits and fried green tomatoes, both fresh hot and tasty. The basic breakfast was so much food my friend couldn’t eat it all. The shrimp and grits got a thumbs up as did the fried catfish. The service was good and the food came fairly quickly but we did manage to get there before it was too busy on a Sunday (4/1)

My husband and I went as soon as we got into the city from Indiana. What a great welcome to New Orleans! I had the Eggs Elizabeth and was stuffed. He had the Basic Breakfast with Praline Bacon. We both loved our food. Praline Bacon is a MUST have. Highly suggested place to eat. Big enough place that we didnt have to wait, but small enough to get personal service and great food in a local atmosphere.

This was by far one of the best food experiences I've had in a while. Megan was my waitress she was very personable. I love this quality in a service provider. She made sure we had everything we needed. The entire vibe was elevated with positive and great energy. I will definitely eat here several more times. I had grilled chicken salad and sausage and chicken gumbo. I took a piece of fish from my man's platter it was fried perfectly. My friend Tiffini had the chicken and waffles, and she didn't leave room to ask for any of hers, 😆

The food was amazing. When I walked in the door someone was coming out and he said, "Be warned. The food is too damn good!" He was right. I tried the french toast burrito (I don't eat pork so I subbed the bacon and pork sausage for chicken sausage), spiked ice coffee with Kahlua, and the french toast. I was so full but I mean I was in heaven. The atmosphere was like any brunch space with cool decor. The staff was friendly and attentive. The space was full!! But I didn't wait long to sit down. The bathrooms were clean. The Saints game was playing and I left satisfied.

I loved everything about this place. Had brunch on a Friday in September. The host was amazing and hilarious. The bartender/server, Alex, was so friendly and helpful both in helping my friend and me choose our meals and discover other restaurants and activities. Friend had the Elizabeth, I had a crabby cake eggs Benedict with grits, and we shared the best fried green tomatoes I have ever eaten. 10/10 sooo good. Place is super cute too.

What a surprise, we were recommended this place but thought they had got it wrong! It seems to be in the middle of housing estate. But the food was fabulous, service great and so popular one couple we spoke to drives over an hour just to eat breakfast.... Highly recommended but be prepared to wait for a table. The wait is worth it! And make sure you try the praline bacon!

My daughter and I were greeted by a pleasant host and hostess. It was Sunday so there was a short wait. The decor of the building inside and out is sublime. Our waitress was friendly and asked us if we wanted something to drink as soon as we sat down. She was more than accommodating. The coffee was hot and delicious. We had appetizers. Of course, one wouldn’t want to go to Elizabeth’s and not try the Boudin Balls and Praline Bacon. We were so glad we did. I ordered Steak and Eggs. My daughter had the Eggs Florentine. Both were delicious. The portions are huge. I go to Elizabeth’s every time I visit one of my favorite towns. I didn’t think it was possible, but the food is getting better. Overall the experience was delightful. I’ve been to Elizabeth’s many times and I have never been disappointed.

My favorite brunch place and not just for the Praline Pig Candy. Varied menu will please everyone and the food is delicious. We had the pecan waffle, carne asada hash, avocado toast and duck sweet potato waffle. We were all members of the clean plate club! Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The place was amazing. Great food (although a bit spicy for my baby tongue). Loved the art and atmosphere!

My husband and I came here for the first time yesterday morning on our way home, after spending the long weekend in New Orleans. The food is AMAZING! I had the "basic breakfast", and a cup of gumbo and my husband had the red velvet waffle and a cup of gumbo as well. It was all so good, and exceeded our expectations. The service here was equally amazing and the colorful, fun, welcoming atmosphere and decor in this place is perfect. We will definitely be back whenever we're in town!

Elizabeth's was amazing. The steak and eggs was one of the best steaks I've ever had. You could taste the smoke, it melts in your mouth, and the hollandaise sauce just adds an extra level of flavor. The brandy milk punch is also a must. Im not a fan of tomatoes but the fried green tomatoes with the homemade remoulade is amazing. Definitely coming back on my next visit.

Elizabeth’s is a really good old style restaurant with great breakfast items. We really like the praline bacon being big fans of both. The service is friendly and prompt and the atmosphere is eclectic and lively. This is a great place to try, not at all fancy but good food with a good ole down home vibe.
