What an incredible experience. Not only Was the service top notch, the food amazing. Chef Xavier has created some of the best dishes I have eaten. The lamb chops to die for and his rendition of caprice salad is one you have to eat to say you have really experienced something amazing. Sangria was delicious and very reasonably priced. We were fortunate to have Chef Xavier sit with us and share life experiences. We live about an hour away and this will be a treasured place we will visit often. Salute.
Fantastic hidden gem of a Spanish restaurant that is actually run by a Spanish chef! The food is always incredible and ambiance and decor make you feel like you walked into Spain. Can't recommend this place highly enough.
We stumbled upon this gem last night, and what a lucky stumble it was! I was set on trying something new and wonderful and that is what I got. I'm a bit of a food snob, and I enjoy good classic dishes from different ethnic backgrounds; I did not leave disappointed at all. Barcelona Tapas has delicious dishes that are simply perfect, and fantastic customer service. We tried a few of the tapas and paella. I highly suggest the grilled calamari and the sangria! It is evident how passionate chef is about the restaurant and the food he serves. We are looking forward to going back to try more menu items. I must also add that this New Orleans dining treasure would make an ideal intimate date spot.
