One of the best Mexican restaurants I've eaten at. Good variety of menu options as well as generous but not excessive portion sizes. The combination of quality service and music made for a laid back experience.

Great food and excellent service!!! The mimosas are on point, I had a burrito with sea bass which was delicious, the fish so juicy and tender, the burrito filled from end to end. Definitely going again!!!

This place is one of my best little places in NYC. Keeping in mind its standards. The food is really good, drinks are pretty big, well balanced and good price. I absolutely go there every two weeks. Usually take the steak nachos, and tamales. I recommend this place if you want to have a casual evening with big margaritas and good tacos or tamales. The service is always nice, the two women are always always always smiling. Recommend

Found this place as it’s close to my hotel and wanted to try Mexican food . Based on reviews I figured it should be a good spot and it was . Easy to locate as its on the corner of the street and very bright from outside . It was quite busy even for a Wednesday night , the server told me I can sit on the bar even though there were tables available. It worked out because the bartender ( jorge)was really good at his job and I had a great time eventually . He recommended me the house favourites and even introduced me to new drinks . The restaurant is not so big but very lively . Prices are decent and food was flavourful.

Food is ok, maybe because I ordered what I usually eat around Queens. Service is good, always there to serve water and ask if we needed something. The place is awesome, the colors inside are popping.

Stopped here on the advice of friends who lived nearby, and frequented often. Food was very good to excellent. Atmosphere was nice, but typically crowded per the norm in Manhattan. Service was very good. visited for lunch and would definitely return.

Great place for some delicious tacos and burritos! Got a bit loud with a busy crowd but the food was awesome and the service was fast and friendly, definitely give it a shot!

Had a delicious meal here and sat outside on the street as the temperature was nice on an October evening! Our server was very good and helpful, suggesting options for us and he resolved an issue right away that we had when something accidentally and weirdly got in our food from the kitchen - a label uncovered when I was digging in! He replaced that particular meal and gave us an extra serving of another meal free of charge to appease that. Lovely little place too with mouthwatering mexican dishes.

Such a pleasant surprise when we were looking for a place to eat. Cozy and inviting, the margaritas were on point and the food and service were exceptional. Our waiter was highly attentive, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We will definitely be back!!

We ended up here while walking in the area m, trying to find where and what to eat. I saw they had Chilaquiles and marched our way to them right away, after giving them a call. We were greeted by a extremely cordial waiter, that I can't sadly remember his name and luckily he was our waiter for the evening. I ordered Chilaquiles because that was what lured me into El Centro, my sister ordered the same. Boyfriend and mom had fajitas, one steak one chicken. Everything was delicious, the meats were all cooked perfectly, they enjoyed their fajitas a lot. I also enjoyed the Chilaquiles but it wasn't quite what I expected... the Chilaquiles were supposed to be cooked in a mix of green and red sauce, according to the menu, but it tasted more like they poured vodka sauce instead, which I also like but was left desiring to try the green and red sauce instead. Other than that, everything was excellent and food was flavorful. I had the best Piña colada ever here!!! It wasn't a frozen one, which I found weird at first but it was packed with so much flavor!!!! I've had plenty of Piña Coladas, in many different restaurants, bars and even different countries, but theirs was the best I've had!!! I would definitely come back for more!!!!
