They make claim to have invented the Bloody Mary which I ordered and found to be OK, but as a lover of cocktail history it was nice to see where they came from.

Great bar in the St. Regis. Bloody Mary created here. drinks on the pricier side but hey it’s manhattan. Not a lot of whisky cocktails on the menu but they’ll make you a great old fashioned with your choice of whisky. And
King Cole Bar was a really cool spot to grab a drink while walking around and taking in the Christmas environment on a chilly December evening. Be prepared to wait in the lobby outside the bar - there is limited seating and you are not allowed to crowd the bar and wait for a table.
Drinks were classics which is what I expected and the food was surprisingly good. Prices were a bit steep, but I suppose you're paying for the vibes. Would come back if I had the chance.
