This restaurant is a hidden gem. It's a tapas place, the food is so delicious, service is excellent. Menu has options for vegetarian, it's awesome.

The tiny size of this restaurant is in complete contrast to the huge palate of food. This is simply a spectacular restaurant. My wife surprised me by taking me here and I had no idea what to expect. The service was warm and friendly, the owner an absolute wonderful host, and the food so exceeded my expectations that I cannot wait to return. We ordered about 7 dishes and could not get over the wonderful and rich taste. The braised short ribs and lentils wowed us. Just wowed us! Go!

After searching for a fun, foodie place for my sister's birthday reading the reviews I settled on this to try. Let's say yes, the place is small. It is about an intimate of a space without moving into the neighbor's apartment. The scene range from bunch of EV hipsters, Frat boys trying to impress the ladies with their culinary taste cultural side and foodies in search of great food. And it does shines. The menu is pretty small and on a good night if you are hungry, you can easily order everything from the menu. (Thank goodness they they credit cards!) The service was friendly and the food was wonderful and memorable. Everything we ordered was a delight in the mouth. This is certainly a fun place to take a foodie without a doubt. Order sit back but not to far because you will end up in someone's lap and enjoy the food.

Graffiti and Indian? The concept does not match but the food is amazing. I live on this block but have never made it here for dinner. Thanks to Hurricane Sandy, I managed to score a table for 4 on a week night without a hassle. It is such a hole in the wall place but it is worth it. We were seated right by the window and had not much elbow room so the seating is not very comfortable. Thankfully, I forgot all about the discomfort after food arrived. We ordered pretty much everything the waitress recommended. We started with their Green Mango Paneer and it has such an interesting flavor and texture that it really made an impression on us. I just really wish the dish is larger. The Zucchini Hummus Pizza is another great starter although it is not as unique as I think it to be. Their Braised Pork Bun with Apricot Chutney is excellent and has a sweet taste to it other than the typical tender pork juice. The Green Chilli Shrimp is refreshing and and the flavor is interestingly entertaining. We also tried all the desserts on the menu and I think the best is their Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Caviar. It is rich and creamy! The Strawberry and Pepper Ice Cream is not my favorite unfortunately. The dishes here are tapas style so you do need to order a good number of them to be satisfied. It is always fun to sample so many different dishes and try out various flavors and textures in one meal.

I want to rave about this place. It has all the ingredients for a brilliant local spot to impress people with: cool vibe, small, interesting food, small plates to share. The one thing that makes me hold back is that I found the food interesting, generally tasty but ultimately not memorable. There is one exception: the strawberry and truffle dessert. That was amazing and you must get it.

Definitely very small, interesting food - big on ginger - a kind of nouvelle Indian. It was great fun, innovative food, and definitely not for the traditional. If I were still single, this would be a place to bring a date, intimate, smart, and fun. Easy to talk. Subdued lighting.

Yes, it's small, cramped even, and difficult to get a table, but yes, you should try! Such attention to detail in balancing flavors, textures, these guys are truly proud to serve you their food, and they should be. And you should be prepared to get to know the 6 strangers you and your date will be seated with around a 3 foot square table!

Great little place with amazing food. I love how fast and smooth everything went. Everyone was nice and helpful. It amazes me how they got everything in this small of an area. Just a tip: this is not recommended if you are a 'big person'. There are only stools and its a bit tight, but I personally didn't mind.

I love everything I order at this East Village spot. Don't judge the staff based on the limited number... Although only a few of them, everyone who works there is skilled at creating both an intimate and fun dining experience! The communal seating can be awkward depending on the size of your group, but I enjoy the chance to meet other patrons.

The food is amazing, hands down. The service is good considering the size of the place is TINY. It's tough for the waiters to get around so they make the most of it and are very nice about everything. Very accommodating. Be sure to make a reservation just because this place is so tiny.
