Very nice team and my simple breakfast sandwich was quickly cooked to order. Clean and basics done right and I appreciate that.
Buffet food is good at expected nyc prices. They also have several stations to order different foods from. Food is fresh and tastes good. Good selection of hot and cold foods. nice staff.
My wife and I ate at Pax twice during our week-long stay around the corner at the Hampton Inn Empire State. Our experience there was a pleasant surprise. We just wanted a light meal and discovered their salads. You buy a plastic container of greens, different varieties available. Then you tell the counter person what additions you want. They have a VERY wide selection, suitable for just about any taste or craving.
I'm deathly allergic to garlic so I asked about which additions have no garlic. The counterman understood and was very helpful. Your cost is determined by the number and type of additions. Ended up with a large and substantial salad that was good for 2 additional meals. Pax packaged the leftovers for us to take out.
Good food. Good service. Clean. And, reasonably priced. Surprising for midtown Manhattan.
Good for quick breakfast stop. Not much seating. I got a bagel breakfast sandwich & the guy making it asked if I wantef a thin bagel. It wasn't on the menu as an option, but less bread is a great option for a little healthier sandwich. It was good. I bought a little pack of pistachio cookies near the register for almost $4 & they were just ok, a bit dry. Friendly staff even though steady flow of customers. If I'm ever in NY again I would get breakfast here again.
Terrible service. Grumpy faced employees, its like they keep them here with a great force!
Food is amazing! So sorry for the owner, to have such an amazing place to eat with terrible workers in!
