Simply good. I am not a person of many words so I'm going to say this short and simple - Zomick's challah bread is great, price is good, muffins if you are for deserts.
Real Kosher. I am Jewish and I can vouch for the kosher status of Zomick's. It really is a nice bakery with all of the necessary assets that one kosher bakery needs.
To tell a story in short: I was here three weeks ago with one thought in mind - Zomick's bread. You know it was Passover and I really was desperate when some guests said that they will come by (in short notice) and the first thing that popped on Facebook was this. Pure coincidence I think, but none the less... The price is acceptable, the food is great, even the guests like it. So it was a win-win-win situation.

Good Food. I generally don't like koshery, moshery... or anything like that... 'till I tried some of their pastries. Then it all went around. I started eating their cakes, cookies and everything that was sweet in that restaurant. In the end I was able to look these kosher products in the eye and give them a try.
Well Zomick's Kosher Bakery are not that bad, as a matter of fact they are good. The place is pretty cheap, so everything else comes second for me
Baking. Zomick's is one of the best bakeries in New York. Cheap food. Nothing to say more
Zomick's is Real Kosher. I'm not a fan of baked goods, nor is my brother. Especially kosher foods... And it seems God likes to give my life the full sense of irony.
Because it all happened one day, when I was out for lunch with my brother. He felt the need for something extra, for something "kosher". So we were going past JFK airport and the first bakery that appeared was Zomick's Bakery. Pure and simple. We went there and had some bread. Boy those slices were sure pure delight.
I believe that this was an act of God, but trying to be objective here. The place was full of people, it began to be noisy, and I couldn't hold it any longer with my brother. I didn't knew the place was so popular, because I've never heard of Zomick's Challah recipe before.
I don't know the exact price, because my brother payed for the whole thing, but he told me that it was amazingly cheap.
Like this place. You know when I say I "Like" this place, it's not a "Facebook Like" (which is a fake like if you ask me), but I genuinely like this place. The main reason - there is something for every soul.
If there was a star system on this page, I would have easily given it 5 stars.
To be short, Zomick's bakery serves some of the best cakes and bagels that I've tasted. Really cheap (a family could eat here for less then 20-25$) foods, really nice exclusives... and that's all.
Great chocolate cookies. Zomick's Kosher bakery is one of those places in New York that makes some of the best kosher cakes in the world.I believe that nobody knows the exact value of this bakery, because it is that much underrated.
Anyways I came here for the review, and to tell everybody that I like the sweet chocolate cookies there. I know there are some great places that serve some seriously good cookies, but here they are top notch. I mean it is that feeling of familiar taste that brings me back for some more and more and more.
On the other hand my mother loves the Zomick's bread. Says that with this bakery is beyond anything. It is really that good.

Great choice of sweets. When I do not eat pizza I settle for something more... let's say casual. This is one of those places that makes this happen - well what I mean is that I like the Zomick's challah recipe. The challah is basically a braided bread made from flour, sesame, eggs, etc...so it has about the same ingredients as a pizza crust. I like it for it's taste and for it's price. Not to get you confused, I come here for breakfast and lunch, and I like Zomick's as a bakery because while I wait (and that happens sometimes) I like the smell of freshly baked breads. It is one of those smells that covers an area and haunts you to find the source... and take a bite.
The place is clean, nice enterier and atmosphere, the staff is friendly, the price is about right.
Delicious challah bread. I used to be on a special diet, and one day I was craving for some bread. A friend of mine told me that there is a special kind of bread that is healthier that most breads. It was called "challah", and it was a special Jewish kosher egg bread. I liked it immediately. Since then I am a regular at Zomicks...
