I ordered cookies to be delivered on Valentines day. Due to a change in my order they were delivered to the wrong address. Tyson went above and beyond to make things right for me. He was so kind and helpful. What could have been a big disappointment for my family ended up being a perfect surprise. Thank you Tyson for being so awesome and thank you Insomnia for the delicious cookies!

It's never a good idea to order a dozen cookies for yourself. It is always a great idea. The app was acting crazy and made my order go through 3 times, and the store actually called to confirm and cancelled the other two orders for me, so that's pretty cool.
