I've traveled the world and eaten some great food all over the place. Taqueria Los Gallos remains one of my top 5 favorite places to eat. The breakfast is outstanding. The burritos tacos and quesadillas are great. The meats are seasoned just right. I've probably eaten there a hundred times or more. I will continue eating there every time I make it to Newark.

Delicious food. Been going there since I was a kid. Excellent service, nice people that treat you like family (if you talk to them often).
My first time to this Taqueria, I was in a mood for a quesadilla. I originally ordered a super quesadilla but the gentleman at the counter took a moment to explain to me the different kind of quesadillas they have, they have an original one that is only meat and cheese, they have the super which is meat, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream and the have the Los Gallos which is meat, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce and tomato which is what I wanted. I appreciate the gentleman with white hair informing me, that's great customer service in my book. I also order a small horchata, once you are done paying you go to the left through the arched opening than an immediate right and you will see all the drinks.
Their chips and salsa are really good, I hope they will make a green salsa soon, the facility is very clean.
They have earned my business I will be a regular here the food was really good and the flavoring was perfect.

Great Tacos. Try the Super Quesadilla. Also I have seen that the Nachos are popular. As a Taco Expert, I can tell you these are authentic.
I love this place. Been going here since 1995. Good and friendly service. For all you burrito lovers out there, I recommend the super burrito, with El Pastor meat, with everything.😊 You will be hooked for life😊👍
Food was decent. I can notice the use of regular store bought ingredients. But I did like the fact that they offer free chips and an open salsa bar. That's always a plus.
It's take out only right now, but service is fast and the food is great.
Their chips are the best! We have been to so many Mexican food places and always end up wishing we went to Los Gallo's instead 🤣🤣 Highly recommend!
Been eating here for 20+ years, food is always great!! Be hungry portions are huge!
