We enjoy their lunch buffet. They alter what is being served from day to day so that it never gets boring. At least one dish each day is a bit spicy, but not overly. The vegetable curries are bright with none of the heavy muddiness of some other Indian restaurants. Each day has long-grained rice with a fresh clean flavor and a perfect just past al dente consistency. If you are lucky, you might be there when they have the special fish dish with a bright reddish brown sauce that is amazing over the rice. I'm not good with the names, but the potatoes with mixed vegetables is worth the trip alone. Chicken dishes with occasional beef ones alongside vegetables specialities are the norm. Fresh warm flatbread is brought out throughout the service. The atmosphere is super pofessional. Servers and busboys are in constant motion. This is a place with cloth napkins and real table cloths the are changed between each customer. The staff is observant and quick to anticipate and respond to diners' needs. Be advised, this is not a dieter's buffet. The food is healthy, but not on a rapid weight loss program. So if you're dieting, pick a day to splurge and enjoy.
