After a cold and rainy day on the Field Hockey field, Jessy's provided a welcome respite for our family. It could have been a warmer inside.
We were greeted promptly and with a smile. We sat down immediately. Waters, chips and salsa were on the table within 3 minutes. It would have been nice if the chips were warm or at least a bit more fresh. They were decent enough and hit the spot with the salsas provided. Careful though! You only get the first basket free.
Our entrees came out within 15 minutes. They were hot and most welcome on the cold day. All in all a good experience and I would recommend it for low-key dining.
Don’t let the name fool you, this place has a huge menu sure to offer something you’re craving right now. Margaritas, cervezas, chips & salsa, burritos, quesadillas (pictured) and fajitas (Jerry’s fajitas pictured) inside and outside dining. Fast service, fair prices and good size portions.
Less than 25 hours ago (yesterday evening/night) I went to Jessy's Taco Bistro (in Norfolk Virginia) some time after I got off work to order and pick up some food for my husband. The employee handling my order was very upbeat and pleasant to be around and I received my food order in a timely manner, plus luckily my husband and I liked our food (my hubby selected the Chimichanga Fajita (with chicken with oaxaca cheese rice and beans ) while I selected the fried shrimp tacos that came with corn tortillas.
