Less than 7 hours ago, I ordered a #5 Vito sandwich and barbecue kettle chips from this Norfolk Virginia Jimmy Johns location (near military highway). The employees handling my order had pleasant personalities and my order was fortunately processed quicker than I expected while still tasting good. I was indirectly influenced to try this Norfolk Virginia Jimmy John's location once I had recently seen it walking outside less than two weeks ago (because of previous good experiences I had eating with my husband at Jimmy Johns locations in both Orlando Florida and College Park Maryland ).

Unknowingly, I ordered the Jimmy Cubano thinking it would be a hot sandwich not a cold one. Thankfully Nick (manager) substituted my sandwich with another after informing me that Jimmy Johns doesn’t do hot sandwiches, making my experience there a positive one. 100% going back just for the service alone. Thanks Nick!!!

Recently discovered how much I like Jimmy Johns when I came to this location. Very clean and fresh smelling and the staff was wonderful... Not to mention the food was great. I know it's just a sandwich, but it's a sandwich done right.
