We usually get the Friday fish special in West Virginia..We decided to try it here too..It was the best cod we have ever had at a Cracker Barrel..The fish was hot and not greasy..The steak fries we hot too..I ask for green beans but not on the plate with my fish and she put them in a separate bowl..They put the fish and fries on a plate with wax paper under them and what little grease was on them soaked into the paper..Our waitress was very nice and fast..Refills without asking too..We didn't get her name but she got a very good tip from us..It was Veterans Day and hubby got a free piece of chocolate Coca Cola cake..She put it in a take out box since he was full from dinner..Thumbs up to this Cracker Barrel
Our waitress/server was really great. She was very attentive and brought out our well prepared hot food. I have The old Timers Breakfast. grits, scrambled eggs sausage, and fried apples. Of course there was biscuits and jelly. And coffee! I will give Cracker Barrel 5 stars and our server the same.
Went here with the family and we had a good time. It was my first time here so I was bewildered because I couldn’t figure out if this was a thrift shop or a restaurant😅 and by my surprise it was actually both it was really cool lol. The food was good and on time and the server was very very good, shout out to Joxon, he handled himself very well and made no mistakes so he got a Great Great tip 😎. The atmosphere was great and the vibe matched🔥all in all it was a good experience. #brunchvibes
I never visited the Cracker Barrel in my life and must say that I truly love the food and the country vibe! Throughout our two weeks in the US, we visited about 5 of them. Its amazing how the quality of food, service and interior are identical eventhough the restaurants are 1000's of miles apart. Great job! I recommend going there for the atmosphere and the healthy food options at very reasonable prices! Thank you for your positive contribution to our roadtrip!
We don't have Cracker Barrel in Washington state, but we always stop on our many travels. Always good food. If you like home cooking. You will not go away, hunger. Every meal has biscuits, a main course, two sides etc weather it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, for a very reasonable price...
My cousin and I tried this Cracker Barrel on the road trip from NY to Florida. We've been to others, and this one was similar and looked pretty much the same as the others. They all follow similar floor plans and decor, obviously.
The food was a 5, compared to the other ones we've gone to, service was actually great, and the atmosphere was standard Cracker Barrel.
We'll look to stop here again on the next road trip down south.
Good food . I didn't have to wait long for my online order. It's a great way to grab a quick lunch. A lunch of real food and not fast food
We ate inside this time. Had to wait a very long time, Sunday after church. The service was very slow. Part of our order was completely left off. Food is still good though! The menu is much bigger than I remember. Also now they have alcohol.
My first visit to a Cracker Barrel and I was blown away. When I first walked in I did wonder of the food would live up to the ‘merchandise’ in the shop outside. And it was amazing, could not decide upon to what to order so went for a platter of beef, chicken and shrimp and from the very first to the last (I could manage) was fantastic. When I’m back stateside I will visit again.
Leaving this 5 star review for the Thanksgiving Dinner — it was delicious! My family traveled to Charleston for Thanksgiving. We wanted a traditional Thanksgiving meal, so a few days before we placed our order for the meal. We picked it up 2 days before Thanksgiving, and heated it all the morning of. We added a few more sides that are some of our family favorites, and everything was great! The turkey was amazing, the rolls, hash brown casserole, stuffing were amazing!!! I wish the sweet potatoes were a little sweeter, but that’s it. We ordered the meal for 4-6 and it was plenty for out the 4 of us. We have enough for leftovers and to enjoy tomorrow. I’d definitely recommend the Thanksgiving meal from Cracker Barrel.
Drea was awesome. She was quick to take our order. And very friendly. She came by to refill my coffee before I even asked. We had the chicken and pork chops. Both were hot and delicious.
This was my first time trying Cracker Barrel. I wasn't expecting much - it just struck me as a relatively generic chain whose ads I would see on the side of the highway while road tripping throughout the States that probably didn't have the best food.
While this might not be the BEST food, it was pretty damn good. I went here for dinner, and was seated quite promptly. Our server, Alexis, did a FANTASTIC job - she was so friendly, she checked on us regularly, and was just everything you'd want from a server.
For food, I got the chicken fried chicken dinner, along with sides of mashed potatoes and fried okra. I love fried chicken, and have tried it at various restaurants all over North America, and I was just so impressed by how juicy and well seasoned my chicken was. The fact that I was getting this dinner for under $15 blows me away, as it's the sort of quality I would expect from a much higher end restaurant. For myself and my mom, it was only $33 before tip.
I'm not sure whether all locations are this good, but I'm glad I got a chance to try this one.
Went in for brunch with the family. Busy day we were able to get a seat very quickly.
Hot biscuits that were great. Didn't have any knifes clean so we were given plastic knives. Same as small plates they didn't have any.
Food came out good as it could be. They did forget some of the items and we had to ask for them again.
