Love their hand rolled spring rolls. My ex loves pad tia,so we always got the spicy. I would request no peanuts. Those spring rolls with basil and shrimp kept us going back
The food is authentic & consistently excellent, as is the service. Mei Thai is in North Charleston-making it something of a getaway! They spice the food to your preference. Bonus-I’ve been a customer for years, have never seen Brett Kavanaugh in Mei Thai!
Thai Beef Soup. Beef noodle soup is the best I've found in North Charleston. Can be a little spicy, so watch out for that and make sure you order the spiciness to your liking.

We eat here a couple times every month. We love this place!! We always get sushi and couple plates of pad Thai. Everything we have ordered from here has been excellent!! Highly recommend!!
I have never had a bad meal, and been going for over 2 years between once a week and once a month. I love the sushi, get it every time, volcano roll, dragon roll, and rainbow roll are favorites. The thai noodle dishes and curry dishes are regular as well
Thai me up!. This was pretty good. I had the Poh Piah Sod spring roll and the Gai Pad Khing. Ther spring roll was a little strange but still tated alright. The Gai Pad Khing was great and had just the right amount of heat.

Fresh and clean. I don't think I have ever eaten fresher vegetables. Everything tasted like it was right out of the garden. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was lucky enough to find this place on a Saturday afternoon when it was not crowded because they are understandably busy on weekdays and for dinners. If you live in Charleston you might not realize what an excellent restaurant this is because of it's mediocre location.....But this is one place you want to add to your favorites list. Everything was made with only the best ingredients.
Finally....GREAT THAI!!!. We are new to the area and have tried a few Thai restaurants with little happiness. This place is the one. We ate lunch there with our children. The food was spot on, flavors were bright and delicious just as Thai food should be. The price was fair for the chefs expertise and the size of the portions. Chicken green curry was great and the Pad Thai is the best in town!
Feel like to eat thai food and decide to eat here because of the good reviews from google. It seems like the restaurants own by Filipino as the main food more towards filipino food and the workers speak tagalog. The service was good overall and the food was just OK. Two of our orders are so salty and we have to take home to recook it in order to be able to eat it. The best one is only the fried pork.
My wife and I love a good red curry. This place has the best red curry we have ever had. Their sushi is great as well along with their unique take on crab rangoons. Amazing pad Thai to finish it off. Will definitely be back for more!

it’s so very difficult to find authentic thai food, i have not yet tried their filipino specialties but if it’s anything like the thai food, the filipino dishes must be excellent!!
service has always been prompt and friendly, and the food is phenomenal. the tom yum khung is a perfect balance of spicy and sour, and pad thai is my go to.😋 the large thai tea is sweet and definitely very large! i tried the mango sticky rice before, and they put a little too much coconut sauce on there, it might be how this place does it.
Welp, found another Filipino gem!!! Had this placed saved for a while and Friday night we had to try it. It did not disappoint, we tried some sushi and traditional Filipino cuisine. Staff were friendly and were able to give some advice on what their specialties were.
From the minute you walk in you feel welcome. Everything we order gotta say it was all delicious. The service was great. When we had a question on the spiciness everything was explain.

This is definitely a gem in Charleston!!! I absolutely love how friendly they were. We ordered Thai to go (they also have Vietnamese and Philippino food) since it was late. We were offered tea while waiting. The food was ready pretty quickly, so I was a little nervous. The red curry seafood was absolutely delicious. The serving was huge, so there was plenty left over. There was a ton of seafood, too, and crisp vegetables. We enjoyed our meal so much we went back later in the week. If you're visiting Charleston or if you're a local, please give them a try. I promise you will not be disappointed

They have a variety of food from different cuisines. I had the Chicken Massaman Curry & my husband had 3 different sushi rolls. I wouldn’t suggest getting traditional sushi rolls, as the specialty ones are the flavorful and tasty ones.
Revisited this place after a few months, the service was good.
Spring roll also pretty good, thinly sliced pork was a little dry and served with Hoisin sauce which tasted like out of a bottle.
Our entrees with shrimp, scallops and squid both tasted fresh and were very tasty! The basil sauce was perfect and the red curry was rich and delicious although a little spicy.
Halo halo a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, taro ice cream was confusing. The tarp ice cream was good and the vanilla as well, but underneath it was shaved ice, sweet cream corn, red bean, green bean and coconut strips. Which did not go well together. For me spending $8 on a dessert with corn and beans out of can is dissatisfying.
Overall, I will come back the dinner was good.
We love coming here. Everything I have tried has been delicious. Today I got the House special sushi roll. Perfect!
