Let me start by saying I walked into Moe's to a line that extended to the door and there was only 1 person working in the ENTIRE establishment. I was on my lunch hour and didn't want to turn around to go anywhere else. I'm so glad I didn't, when I say he didn't miss a beat JOMAR was of fire to service to service each customer personally with a smile. A true MVP, The G.O.A.T of multitasking and working extremely well under pressure. In the line we all (other customers) were talking about him on how amazed we were at his skill set in a solo situation. He moved this line through seamlessly, from taking orders, to preparing orders to happily checking out each customer. This man deserves to be recognized by corporate and deserves a RAISE! If he is not the manager he NEEDS TO BE! Thank you Jomar, You Rock!!!!
The food was ok, and the employees we're really nice and striving to give great service. They did seem to be understaffed and struggling a bit but that's definitely understandable as unfortunately for chain and franchise restaurants have been hit hard lately with the employment shortage. The manager was very nice friendly and professional especially to my toddler son, and the man that made our food was exceptional and working extremely hard. I would say my favorite part of dining here was interacting with the employees.
I've worked in casual dining management in Summerville and North Charleston for years and I've been eating in these places for longer. I came into the Moe's during a little post lunch rush and not only were we greeted at multiple occasions, the employees working the line (including one in a management uniform) we're kind, competent, and speedy in their work. The dining room was clean and there were tables for us to sit at, at the ready. The freestyle machines were both stocked and operational (to my delight). My friends and I enjoyed our lunch, which we got quicky and correctly.
Kelvin & Jamar were very welcoming & prepared my food fast & it was good. Great service. I will say they need to wipe down & clean some of the machines better.
Jess, Mr. Bob, and Denny were all very pleasant and delivered excellent service to us. The food was delicious and prepared to our liking. We enjoyed our chips and queso. But, the greatest part of our visit was the exceptional service and demeanor of the team working that night. It is difficult to find good service in the SERVICE industry, however this team over-delivered and made our decision and purchase feel as though it were a good value. Very pleased with the crew there on our visit.
I’ve been here 3 times in the last year and every time it’s been wonderful. Staff has been friendly, store was clean, and food has been delicious. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Moe Mondays are the best you get a burrito or burrito bowl (see attached photo) for $6.99 and it comes with a drink. And Moe's drink machines are amazing if you haven't been to know.
Do not listen to any bad rumors or any negativity you've heard about Moe. You need to give them a try I promise you'll be satisfied. What a huge menu with very fun creative names if you're not happy with what they have available to bring out some fresh veggies and Meats. Staff is very friendly place was very clean
The food at Moe's is always good. I usually get the chicken nachos and have never been disappointed.
My husband and I took our little boy here to this location right after he had oral surgery and the staff was amazing customer service was off the charts and especially the guy named Kelvin Alloway. ! He made us feel so welcome and he was so sweet to our little boy and this is a place that I would definitely recommend to anyone and the food was really really good
