One of my favorites. It doesn't look like much but the food is great and interesting. Their grilled selections are moist, and delicious. If you are looking for something different they offer some Colombian and Peruvian dishes that are wonderful. The portion sizes are huge but they will half size them if you ask. Service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. If you have a question about the menu ask, they will explain the dish. The place is old but clean and there is not much for atmosphere; kind of a hole in the wall. But you'll eat well and won't leave hungry.
The food was excellent, it was some of the best chicken I've experienced in the area.
We split the whole grilled chicken. Pretty good but the wings could have grilled a little longer at a slower temp. The slaw was outstanding as we're the yucca fries. The waitress was very nice, attentive, & friendly. Would go back!
Peruvian Barbeque. Went for lunch & had the 1/4 chicken platter. The chicken was delicious...marinated in a lime dressing and grilled on an open flame. The pinto beans and slaw were also very tasty. The yellow rice was ok and the tortillas were store bought. I'd go back when I'm in the area. It is hard to see from the road, as it's on the side of a strip mall.
This place is so good. Get the Mexican Cuban torta. It has a fried egg, ham, chorizo, pastor all in sandwich. Dowse it in the hot sauce and some sort very limey ranch and you're in heaven. Also amazing for hangovers.
Like many already stated...it's NOT authentic Peruvian(more Mexican) food BUT don't let that stray you away. The chicken is heavenly! The ribs are deep fried. Service was fast. I'll be returning to try other things on the menu. 4 out of 5 on first visit.

Service was great and food was great!! The food was very flavorful and reminded me of the places in DC that I used to go for Peruvian chicken. Only thing missing is the dipping sauce the places in DC had, still a good place though. Small quiet atmosphere with many menu choices. I will go back.
Really good food. The roasted chicken was delicious. My wife had steak with shrimp. She liked it too. The tres leches is amazing! Nothing fancy , this is just a small place with good food. Staff was friendly too.
We really enjoyed eating here! The fajitas and tacos were delicious, and the kids liked the chicken nuggets. Their hot sauce was fantastic. I put on everything! We’ll be back again soon!
People are very friendly, food was good but a little salty for me
We came across this place by accident, but we were glad we did! The chicken was so flavorful and juicy, the slaw was a vinegar slaw which I like better than mayonnaise slaw and even the rice had a lot of flavor. We will be back!
Great food at a great price considering it's in Charleston.
I had the chicken and it was ok, the beans were delicious.
