The best Arby's I've ever been to. The young man at the drive Thru is very well spoken and extremely polite. I go to this location a lot and I'm happy even he's working, he gives the best fast food customer service I've ever received, he deserves recognition.
Bernard was the employee at the drive thru. But y’all I think there was a good chance he was the only employee in that entire restaurant. It was late and you know how nowadays you’re lucky if someone even answers the drive thru after 9pm, right? Well, Bernard answered right away, was very nice, and our food came out hot and fresh. I don’t know how he did all that by himself but thank you Bernard, you’re awesome.
At the Arby's, located at 8980 University Blvd., North Carleston, SC, today at 1pm., I stopped in to the lobby because I wanted something extra added to my order and the server was courteous, quick and went out of her way to make sure my order was the way I wanted it. I believe her name was Angel or Angie or something close to that. Thank her for making my day...it was refreshing.
Purchased fish n chips,could've been cooked more. Salad was great,fresh n crispy. Worker extremely pleasant and accommating.
A happy change for once. Actually this location has never let me down. Dining room was open and clean. Food was fresh. But I do really miss those potatoe cakes. I can't be the only one
We absolutely love their Gyros they are delicious.we recommend these to anyone who loves a Gyro sandwich.never thought about Arby's for a Greek dish but it's great
Dined in & food was NOT hot. Fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease.
Stop at this location after doc visits. Always look forward to chatting with Essence...very friendly and customer oriented
