The is the best restaurant. It is always very clean, organized and maintained. I love Schlotzsky's sandwiches, but this store seems to make them even better. They're always put together properly, neatly and it seems with "just a little more" of the good stuff! I've eaten here dozens of times and every time I get a great meal. It is not unusual for the manager to be roaming the dining room, visiting with diners and making sure everything is top notch.
As always, the place was full of the smell of awesome sandwiches! The guy at the register was really nice. We ordered our food to eat there. Since I am still recovering from having surgery, my pain became worse, so my husband asked for them to make our sandwiches to go. After I had gone out to the car to wait, the guy asked my husband if there was anything wrong, thinking that there was something wrong with the service or restaurant. My husband explained to him that I was recovering from surgery. He understood and wished me well. I absolutely love this place and the food!
The food is PHENOMENAL!! If you haven’t tried it yet it is a MUST! The turkey bacon club is the best club sandwich on Earth! Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays and the only location is on Rivers in N. CHARLESTON, definitely worth the drive!
This might be the most under rated fast food restaurant around! Absolutely love their options top to bottom. Go out of my way to come here. The FOOD IS AWESOME!!! NEVER DISAPPOINTED! I can litterally get something new every time I come and Im never dissatisfied in anyway almost everything is good.
The food we ordered was good. Workers washed hands and wore masks. The prices are pretty steep, more than $35 for 2 adult meals and a child meal.
I haven't been to Schlotzsky's in ages, after a nondescript, uneventful experience at a Schlotzsky's near our home-town in Virginia Beach decades ago. It wasn't bad, but I remember it not really being all that good, either, but we met some couple friends for lunch in Charleston & they wanted to meet here, so we did.
I'm so glad that we did! I had the roast beef sub & it was very good. We will definitely add that back onto our list of places to go for fast, good sandwiches.
I had never been before...ehh, it was okay but I prefer Jersey Mike's or Firehouse for cold cut sandwich. I did find the selection interesting from pizza to sandwiches (w/olives) to Cinnabon to Vegan.
Love the original sandwich,fantastic pizzas too. I would have given 5 stars if the it had a fresh interior it would appeal to the appearance of cleanliness. Five star service 🤩🤩🤩
I'm so sad that this place closed down! Prina (the manager) was always so kind when I'd get my lunch. I remember her mentioning that, because of the pandemic, people weren't showing up for their shifts and she would often be the only one in the shop. Beyond sad! I love Schlotzky's and pray Prina and her family are doing ok.
I go to schlotzsky's probably about 3 times a week I do like the managers/ owners there, they always seem to be very polite. My order is usually correct 7 out of 10 times. A couple of time I ordered chips with my order and failed to recieve them. Other times they forgot to add the bacon or jalapenos and 2 times I recieved it to cold for my taste. I like my cheese melted. Other than that the quality it good. I will be an ongoing customer for sure. This is one of my favorite places to eat.
