Katie is a gem! Wonderful customer service. Katie was very friendly and such a pleasure to talk to. Her recommendation of cookie was spot on! Best cookie I've had in a very long time. It was a fudge brownie cookie. The cookie was so good, in fact, that on our way out of the mall I made a point to double back by so I could tell Katie how amazing it was and to say thank you!
Ms. Muse, I am the employee you spoke with concerning the cookies being gluten free. I explained to you in great detail how the chewy chocolate didnt actually contain any wheat, but since it was manufactured in the same plant as the rest of the cookie dough(which does contain wheat), it couldnt be marketed and advertised as a gluten free product. I assume you understood what I was saying. The next time you are in the mall, and would like to sample a chewy chocolate cookie, or have me go over anything you didnt understand, I will be more than happy to do either. We've ordered several cookies from here and they are always decorated so cute and taste delicious. Sometimes you just get tired of the same old thing, but I don't know anyone who can turn down these chocolate chip cookies.
Great customer service. When the manager noticed our order was not correct, she went out of her way to make things right. She went above and beyond and I appreciate that and will recommend this store to all of my friends.
Staff is friendly and helpful. A great treat. Cookie cake was a bit undercooked last time and too thin to support icing.
