Lost a star for the lack of fries in my "large" fries. Not even filled halfway. Very disappointing!!
Normally the service and food are excellent. Super easy to order online and pick up in the drive through.
Great place! A fantastic Chick-fil-A! My only problem is that the parking lot is chaotic and hard to navigate. If you park too close to the drive through, you may get stuck.
Ordered ahead for pick up, seems like all the Chick-fil-A's in SC have long lines all the time. This one was no different, but my food was still out to me at curbside hot and delicious within minutes. The employee was friendly and I observed her smiling and joking with another employee, which tells me it's likely a good place to work too.
It’s the BEST chick-fil-a location in Charleston. Gold standard for sure. I hate having to go to other locations because it can be a gamble. The Rivers Ave location is a guaranteed slam dunk every time. Food is always hot and fresh tasting & service is top notch.

This is one of the fastest Chick-Fil-A's you'll go to. They have three ordering lanes and multiple people out there getting orders. Very clean inside and friendly and cheerful staff. The manager is often outside working right along side the employees. Their play area is open for kids again as well. Of all the Chick-fil-a's in Charleston/Summerville area this is the one we go to the most.

I tried the Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich and it's a pretty good veggie option for a quick meal on the go. I think it is smart of Chick-fil-A to stick with a simple approach to the sandwich- it's basically a brined and breaded piece of cauliflower, but it definitely has some flavor to it; it is a bit pickley and a little spicy. According to their website: it is marinated, breaded with a signature seasoning, pressure-cooked, and served on a toasted buttery bun with two dill pickle chips. I would get it again, especially if I'm on a road trip where there aren't too many veggie fast food options available.

I had a last minute breakfast that I needed Coffee, hashbrowns, and biscuits. The team was so nice and they made everything fresh. Awesome experiences.
