I went here the other day and my oh my thing is good. The food came out quick fast and almost instantaneous. I had the good ole’ yummy Cajun chicken. And it wasn’t like cold it was warm fresh and all goodness. You can bet I’m coming here again. I have high hopes that my belly will be filled with all its deliciousness.
I stopped by here last night, they must have a new manager and crew. There were only 5 employees working, but the service was on point. It was very busy, but the crew was fast and friendly. Not a single person had ear pods in or have a phone out, and they were working together effectively to get orders out in a timely manner. I will be back.

On Thursday August 10,2023 between the hours of 5:00pm to 8:00pm I went to get something to eat .I placed my order in the lobby so as I received my food looked at my order there was no fries in my box I stood there for a few seconds and the Manager on shift continues to place another order . So I said that I didn't receive my fries she said that's all I had to say. I went on to say that is not my fault that you didn't put the fries in the box so after the fries was placed in the box I asked for a bag the bag was placed on the counter so I placed the order in the bag myself while everyone else was placed in the bag by the manager. Then for some strange reason she goes on to say that she has a Husband and a house do you have a house I was like yes she asked where at you can not have a house dressed like that because I had on a tank top that I wear under my uniform. She has a nasty attitude this is probably why only 2 or 3 workers there on top of that the lady who was in the drive thru was rude to a customer. For the lady who I spoke with out side please comment on this review and the customer that got the window closed on you
Please and thank you! Bojangles never disappoints! I probably won't order the mac n cheese again because it wasn't the best, but everything else was so good. I ordered a 3 wing meal with dirty rice and macaroni and cheese.
Good hot chicken. Super crispy with moist tender chicken meat. The seasoned fries were excellent, hot, with a tiny hint of cinnamon. The sweet tea was a bit too sweet for me but tasty.

I have been a General Manager for a fast food chain for the past six years and I recently bought a food truck. Taking care of your customers and providing world class customer service will get you along way in the F&B world. I use to eat from this restaurant at least three times a week for more than 6 months . I stopped because of how terrible the customer service got. This morning I decided to give it another shot after some time. I ordered the usual , number 3 with a Pepsi. I got to the window the young man that helped me was very patient and polite, he advised me that my card declined. I was in shock but quickly gave another card in which declined as well. We went back and fourth a few times. I pulled up my PayPal to show I had money. The manager came over to try and help and she advised me that maybe my card was locked. She gave me the food and said breakfast is on me . The manager was very polite , patient and friendly with my child in the backseat. I appreciated her for that. She didn't have to but she did and she provided world class customer service as did her team which tells me she leads by example. She was FANTASTIC. Come to find out my card was indeed locked.
Our family was vacationing on the east coast and stopped at Bojangles on a whim. Thier chicken sandwich was amazing! We are used to the typical west coast chicken sandwiches... but I have to admit bojangles takes the W on this one!
