Awesome place! Great customer service, very little wait time, great rewards system, and you get a huge smoothie for what you pay... Especially compared to any other place around! Saw some of their food come out too, and it looked delicious!

This smoothie is the bomb it’s mango, lime, coconut and pineapple omg … theee best. I drink these quite often. Many different options to choose from. But this my favorite you should try it.

I received the complete wrong order because of my door dasher. However when I went to the store to get my correct order I was met with extreme understanding and asked if I wanted my order remade. Of course I did and chris had his team expedite my order. Chris did an amazing job with his costumer service skills and I wish every place was as nice as he was to me. The team also was very fast getting my order made as well!!!
I was so excited to come to this location last year and when I did I was so disappointed! The place was a mess and the staff seemed like they could care less about managing it. I decided to see about it again especially since I've been craving smoothies. I came in today and was pleasantly surprised to see the store look renovated, clean, and the staff was so friendly. A young gentleman held the door for me and some other customers , and, there was a young girl working diligently on getting orders and Corey the mod was very kind! I was happy to tell her the staff was doing a great job! Oh and the smoothie was perfect! Thanks guys I'll be back
Let me tell y’all something. The manager of this place knows what he’s doing. I ordered two All American wraps, I only received one. Honest mistake, I work in restaurants so I know it happens, no big deal, they made me another. Not only did they make me another wrap but he gave me a card for a free item. AND they included a free cookie in my bag. I’ll be back!
This is the first time I’ve been here. I ordered a few things and a smoothie with energizer. When Stachia brought out my order, my ticket didn’t have the energizer on it so she took it back to add. I went back to her and let her know discreetly that it didn’t mix well. She smiled and took care if it and made me a new one. Thank you for your great customer service and awesome smile! Tropical Smoothie, you’ve got a great asset there. Take care of her!
The food and service is amazing!!! The atmosphere is melo. The food was heaven in my mouth!! I highly recommend this place to eat and chill!!
It was my first time going there and i was with a co worker I ordered a smoothie with mango, pineapple and yogurt in it. I tasted it before that day because a co worker shared some of hers with me at work. It tasted really good to me. It had a clean taste, not like a lot of sweetner in it. Just fresh and good. The customer service was great and i will be going back there to get my smoothie.

Always good. I love this place. I order a smoothie at least 3 times a week, and the preordering has been a life saver. I just make an order, walk right in and pick it up. My orser has never been wrong, and the smoothies are filling. Keep up the great work, guys and gals.
I would just like to say that I am keeping the stars because Joey and the team have always been EXCEPTIONALLY nice, but I had the worst experience with TS the other day, and I have been unable to get ahold of you all for 3 days. If someone would like to reach out to me, I'd really like to be reimbursed for the products that were a complete waste of money. I came in and they were slammed, it was nearing closing, so they had already packed everything up, there were dishes everywhere, and I can promise this wouldn't be okay with management. It was gross, but you all have never done wrong in the past. I should have left when we waited 35 minutes for smoothies, and they shoved all of the ingredients into one blender, because they didn't want to clean another. The quesadilla I ordered and the flatbread I ordered was on point, but the smoothies were so not okay, and I ordered SIX of them, three of them being the same thing! My family had been at the hospital all day, and all anyone wanted was Tropical Smoothie. A totally missed opportunity since we came out of our way, and I'm sad to say we won't be doing it again. It was dirty, the smoothies tasted like water, and the girls doing the smoothies really should have had had help. Very disappointing that I spent over $40 for that.

Delicious and reasonably priced smoothies! Didn’t give it 5 stars because it takes an awfully long time to get your smoothie. Literally plan on a good 10 minutes. I ordered 2 smoothies and a sandwich, the sandwich came out within 5 minutes of ordering. Finished the sandwich before the smoothies were ready.
