This place stays busy. Prepare for a 5-10 minute wait. This is even before you order. Hint 3 stars from me. I only go during happy hour. Love my strawberry slushy with extra strawberries.
First time going to Sonic, and I absolutely loved it. Food was amazing and at a super cheap price. I was a bit confused about the parking lot vs drive through but when the attendant came out with my food he was super understanding and friendly and even grabbed me a cupholder. I will definitely be returing.:)
I would order ahead on the app next time. The service was nice. Felt bad because they were so packed with one person working the lanes.
The associate was very friendly and respectful. However, they accidentally mixed resees pieces with my M&M blast. Otherwise, they were really great.
EDIT 4/13/2023: Hey University Blvd, PLEASE do something about worker sanitation. HAIR again in my order -- this time in my beverage! I tip very well, and to receive this quality of food just hurts my feelings.

Wow. The customer service. Alisha just introduced herself to me. She actually reads the reviews and we talked for several minutes. I am quite vocal on Google and this business stands out in North Charleston by STANDING UP for what they believe in.
They need improvement in some areas, and Alisha acknowledges it. One conversation with her and I am no longer worried. They will figure it all out, and I will keep coming back.
Team UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD, keep it up! You guys set an example for North Charleston.
I didn't know the made drinks this big!! I was so excited I ordered the wrong drink! And the order taker was so good I ordered the Coney in a regular size just to get something else. Oh and the mozzarella sticks for my kid!
The hamburgers were juicy, fresh, hot. The fries were hot and not hard. Curb hop was friendly.

Love going to Sonic. Mostly for their Sonic Blasts and slushes. Especially with their app. Every time you use their app to order a drink or slush it's 1/2 off!
The food at this Sonic Drive-In is always on point. Loved it. It took a minute before my order was taken but I'm sure it's due to staffing issues. It was worth the wait. No one complained about their order.
