We stopped at Tanger on a rainy day to find my husband a new pair of shoes. The roof kept us dry and we could wander between stores until we found exactly what he wanted at the Nike store. I even found a Merrill store (my favorite shoes). Then, we made one more stop at the As Seen On TV store. An addiction for sure. And, I got a new hose I had been wanting for a year (can you tell I hate shopping) and puzzles for our grandson. A great afternoon and I went home unstressed. PS: The customer service staff are the best of any outlet mall I shop.
Great place to do one stop shopping. Ladies that work the service desk at the Tanger Customer Service are the best. Only complaint is that coupons they give you for some merchants are not honored. Sales associates are not properly trained as to how to honor special coupons, so you purchase merchandise and then when you try to use the coupon are told their store does not participate even though their stores name is on the coupon. Lots of parking.
Visited this outlet while visiting Charleston. I loved the amount of stores it has and nice place to shop. The outlet was clean and I like the beautiful decoration like the christmas tree, etc. The mall design was beautiful and easy to walk from stores to stores and like other outlets has plenty of parking spaces.
Big outlet mall with many brand in the mall such as Express, Nike, Coach, American Eagle, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and many more. Good place to walk around and shopping.
Tanger Outlets Charleston is a nice and clean outdoor mall. It has a large variety of stores. And if you are patient, you can discover some great sales and bargains. If you are in the Charleston area, stop by and check it out.
Went the other weekend while waiting for a friend to land at the airport and decided to work on some schoolwork in the Starbucks. Had a great experience as usual, got some window shopping done and bought food from the Thai food truck💗
It was a wonderful place. The Christmas tree is beautiful. The music awesome. I will return!
Such a clean facility! I've never been to an outlet mall that had nice put together areas and clean bathrooms. On labor day they have amazing deals and the food trucks are fantastic and reasonably priced.
Experience was okay. However, we went down for breakfast and was watched the entire time as if we were going to take the chafing dish. My husband asked about Grab-N-Go Bags, and the lady laughed. We were on our way to an important meeting and did not have the time to sit down.
I prefer to spend my money with businesses that appreciate me being there.
The staff at the check-in counter are awesome.
The outlets are always a good shopping experience. The have something for everyone. There are stores for kids, big and tall stores, food, ice cream, perfume. Everything. The restrooms were clean and there are changing rooms for families with kids. Traffic can get a little backed up when it’s very busy. Otherwise, it’s a great shopping location.
Super duper friendly, they have great stuff I haven't seen in years and it's so nice. Anthony was great, even let me take a teto (from Nausiica) sticker (they're 50 cent each) for free!
Like it very much. Visited the Old Navy and had a return next day nice polite staff well stocked and the Adidas store wonderful stock and salespeople. Outlet bathroom wonderfully clean. A safe and nice parking lot also. I will return.
