Holy moly, I’m from California so I was nervous that it wasn’t going to live up to my expectations. This place is so good!! We tried the Tuesday and I HIGHLY recommend it.
I am stunned this place isn't packed. The boil is amazing and served quickly. The flavors are amazing, shrimp, crab, sausage, potatoes, corn, you won't go home hungry! Plus they feature a full bar, sports on TV, and a great bartender. Get over there and eat good!

Crab legs, corn, potatoes, boiled eggs, sausage, etc... they all taste wonderful and that house sauce takes all the food to another level. Before I could capture the food, it was destroyed by the claws and jaws. Lol
Visited the Charleston area and went across the bridge to North Charleston. This place popped up in Google as a seafood spot and that's what I wanted.
I wanted to go someplace that was comfortable and down home. This was it for us. We were from out if town and wanted some good food and drinks too.
On a Friday afternoon it was not full to capacity. Well that was even better because I could get down and dirty eating my seafood without feeling like eyes are watching you.
This place has one of the longest bars I've ever seen in a restaurant. I can only imagine how crunk it can get. Our server was super friendly and had great suggestions for drinks as well as which combination would work for what we wanted. Ordered the Seafood Feast. It was enough for three people to eat. Omg we couldn't finish that pan for seafood but we darn sure did try.

If you're looking for a sit down meal with southern sweet tea, you've found it here. My family and I popped in on our vacation and if we had time we'd definitely be back! We were there around 1:30/2pm on a Friday and it was steady but not busy at all. Prices were comparable to what we see at home in TX, three adults ate for $65 plus gratuity.
This restaurant was the absolute best restaurant I ever ate at. Everything was incredible. If you are not eating here you are making a huge mistake. Incredible. Amazing. Highly recommend!!!
The green muscles and shrimp were awesome! Good job. I should have ordered a little white rice to pour the seasoning on. I’m defintly coming back.

omg omg OMG!!! you need to RUN-dont walk- R U N to carolina crabhouse in tanger outlets right. this. second! my boyfriend and i are huge foodies and we’ve tried so many seafood places and have NEVER been as impressed with the quality, quantity, and timing of the food as we are with carolina crabhouse in tanger outlets. this is the juiciest and most flavorful seafood i’ve ever had in my life. it is most certainly a hidden gem and they deserve so much more attention. the staff is very kind and welcoming. we were sat immediately and our appetizer came out within 10 minutes of us ordering and the entree we shared (signature combo: snow crab and jumbo shrimp). the service was phenomenal but the food is one of a kind. the calamari and mozzarella were also amazing but the real star of the show tonight was the seafood broil we had. the portion of the seafood was perfect for two people… and my boyfriend and i eat A LOT !!! i’m surprised we had leftovers! but really, go make reservations RIGHT NOW, you will not regret it!!!
Quickly seated, I ordered the Dungeness crab with house sauce..... And..... WOW! Brought me back childhood memories! That crab was so easy to peel and brake! I definitely recommend!
