I don’t like to complain, but I really feel like this complaint is necessary. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant.. or any restaurant for that matter. I will say there was ONE person there that was actually working and trying to do his job and I’m pretty sure he was a manager. He was the only one even wearing a uniform as well. He had several other employees there (maybe 5 or 6) and no one would answer the drive through, no one making drinks or bagging food and the cashier (inside) was completely incapable taking my order let alone pressing the correct buttons on the computer to ring me up. There was no ice in the drink machine, half the drinks were out, the burgers tasted atleast a day old, the fried were soggy with grease and it took us 45 mins from the time I placed my order until we finally left with our food. Not to mention the entire inside was filled with smoke from someone burning food on the grills. The employees were walking around just staring at their cell phones and doing literally nothing. No uniforms. No gloves to bag our food. It was pretty ridiculous.
